I like it.
I’ve been using this app for approx. 12 months. I like the extra information available via this app that isn’t available anywhere else, eg that the wall charger has automatically updated its firmware, and how that compared with the installed base of Tesla wall chargers. I also like that at a glance I can see the input voltage and frequency going to the wall charger and the instant readings of voltage and current output. I like how it gives a readout of temperature inside the wall charger and the temperature of the ccs2 plug.
Some may quibble about the price, but this software is actively updated and supported by the author.

So handy using Mac
I am my desk a lot so knowing what’s going on with my charger is so neat. Love to see if the app can take multiple rates by time of day or even by season which will make it almost perfect. Thanks for the app!
Too Much Trouble
It worked for a few weeks then lost the connection and wanted me to set up again. I just bought the paid part to support the app. It doesn’t give enough additional information to make it worth the cost.
Very nice stats
Very useful app. Stats are really handy. I wish that I could schedule Wall Connector on times that coincide with lower hydro rates. I charge Tesla and another make that doesn’t have a scheduling feature like Tesla does. Then I’d be willing to give five stars and purchase Premium futures.

Bad point is that being away i cannot see anything since it’s only good inside house wifi for o see . so it has no cloud server online. But that is my low review . There is also a chart missing on all data in 1 row once you purchase the app . Which is sad . Why take away the row of data.

Forgets connection almost every time you go out of the WiFi and have to physically reset the connection by linking again with the wall connector

Barely ever works. Pretty much a waste of money considering the hours and time spent getting it to connect just for it to again disconnect

Great monitoring tool. Too bad you can’t actually control any power functions. Probably a limit on the Tesla wall charger and not the app.

I like the charger , however I went to switch my router to a new Netgear router , I had problems with it loosing connection. The tech said it seemed that the charger is limited to connection problems when the new router comes with 1 year security software it seems to kick off the charger. He thinks it the charger software may not be current to the new router software…

Love this app
I have a Universal Tesla Wall charger at home. I bought this to charge my 2017 Chevrolet Volt which I love. Hoping to one day buy a Tesla. Right now I cannot afford a Tesla and the whole Trump Tariff maybe will prevent me to buy a Tesla in the future ?

Most useful Wall Connector app
Super simple to use and doesn’t feel too clunky. Lays out tons of useful information like WiFi signal strength, firmware update notifications, and lets you track temperatures! I ended up paying to unlock the full potential, but even the free version is super useful. Great app! Thank you.
Focus software
This is not a Tesla app. I was food into agreeing to share my data with this company.
Garbage
Annoying, app is useless. Car only charges at night, regardless of schedule setting. This app has no debug info — very disappointed in the lack of visibility n issues. If I forget to charge, I cannot charge during the day. So annoying.

Duplicates Tesla App?
I paid the premium fee because you basically can’t do anything without upgrading. After upgrading, the app kept telling me to upgrade. I restarted the app, but it couldn’t seem to connect to the Wall Connector no matter what I did. I was able to connect the Tesla app to the Wall Connector - so I know it’s an issue isolated to this app.
