Worried what happened to my data
I used this app for years. It then created a separate version for fee. The old app still worked but you couldn’t add to it. I had not used it for awhile and now it’s gone. Where did my data go? I would not recommend. Not safe for a wallet Data app

App no longer works to restore on new phone, app crashes when trying to restore to new phone. There is no support and no way to contact the company

App worked great until it didn’t. Used the app’s camera to add cards, but it stopped working properly. Tried contacting the owner, ( don’t think he developed it) with absolutely no response. Look somewhere else.
Server is not available
In order to back up and recover data on this app a server needs to be accessed. This server appears to no longer be functioning.

The data from my old phone doesn’t appear on my new phone and the support link goes to a blank page. Worthless.
Wallet Pro Plus
I found this application very useful and easy to use.
But:
1. there is no French version
2. Very expensive to maintain
3. After many years of usage, I have lost all my data when I change phone, thinking that when I have transfered all my data, that this application was included, but it was not.
I now have a new application in French, less expensive and keeping my data on file.

*** do not buy this app***
this developer must be out of business... no way to backup & restore data - functions time out (tried on multiple phones). cannot life gin to account. no response from support tickets submitted. do not waste your money.
The best, have used it for close to ten years
When I go travel I want to make sure I have all my cards backed up in case something happens. Wallet plus let’s me do just that including IDs, insurance etc... I don’t know how people go without it. The best wallet in the store
Can’t get my data
Not even sure this is still supported. Won’t contact the server and requires payments to backup and transfer to new phone. Will look elsewhere.

Just downloaded app paid $5 wish I could get my money back. If you take a picture of card it won’t work cause it’s not centered.

Try contact support? The support page won’t work.
Google the developer & that page doesn’t have any way to contact them. After spending hours entering in all the data - this is a bitter end. I would have kept trying, but other reviews identified the same problem.

No support. Can’t restore. No answer to requests
Restore doesn’t work
I had years worth of birth certificates, social security cards, credit cards, insurance cards in this app and it worked great until I got my iPhone replaced and now the restore function doesn’t work. From iCloud, iPhone local files, or DropBox. The Wallet app just crashes when trying to open the backup file. And their submit a ticket doesn’t work either so I can’t even ask them for help.

Wallet Plus Pro
I purchased and downloaded Wallet Plus Pro two days ago. I have not been able to use the app due to sever problems. I’ve tried to contact the company’s support but can’t get the website to open. I will give the app a chance and write a better review should I be able to get to use the app.
CobbySoft Media Servers Nowhere to be found
Looks like they’ve gone away with our money that was paid to create backup files that are mysteriously, unreadable now. So the app abc the work to populate it is worthless. Can’t even submit a support ticket... Apple, are you reading this???
Does not seem to work with iPhone X
Upgraded to A new iPhone X and all stored data was lost and does not seem able to hold stored information. Unfortunately, I have to delete this app.
Scam very disappointing
The app is good works fine just don’t expect to be able to transfer to another phone went to back up with their cloud which is the only way to transfer to another phone and they charge you $7.99 for the privilege what a scam very disappointed

Complete rip off
The functionality was okay, until I tried to back it up to their cloud solution. It asked for a $7.99 fee for “points” to backup. I selected this figure for payment.
I was then charged $34 from iTunes!
To add insult to injury, the backup still didn’t work.
