Signed up for app at said you got 10% off first app order … didn’t !

Got an error message to remove items from basket each time I got to payment then found out the app had processed the order 4 times. Wallis could not cancel so paid £8 to return everything. Never again, app deleted.

Been buying Wallis for years the online shop is a lot more expensive and the customer service is useless not giving refunds when things have been returned bring back the shops very very disappointed

Shame Wallis closed always excellent quality clothes have purchased items over many years sizes do not vary either
RETURNS
If I have to return a item, it’s going to be a nightmare. I’m housebound, no printer and was never going to order again since the mess in 2019 where I still have 2 linen white jackets, trs, 2 tops, left in the Wallis bag, wasted, don’t seem to be able to give (or a small token of the price I paid) to anyone due to my situation. I’ve emailed Wallis earlier and explained that 14 days isn’t long enough to sort return out, 14 days could mean possibly due back by 24-26 Dec 2021!! Impossible) Why aren’t they doing what a lit of shops are and extending till end of Jan, with Covid as well, it’s not a pretty outlook.

Getting use to the new layout
I have been a Wallis customer user for many years, but stopped due to a number of issues re the correct delivery of items a few years ago. I have now come back, and am getting use to the new format, but finding it easier to talk to someone to assist. I feel once I get use to this new format it will be much easier. Thank you Wallis for changing the way you do things, and getting back to people much quicker. I am glad to be home!!👍🏾😀

Wish it worked
I’ve been trying to use the app since it was released but every time I log in it says my password needs to be reset - complete that process then it tells me it needs to be reset again - yet works fine each time on the website. Really disappointed that the account side doesn’t work as useless for ordering.
