We are so sorry, it seems there was an undiscovered error in our subscription page that was making it so some subscriptions were processing without a trail. Its fixed now and we would gladly offer you a refund and again apologize for any inconvenience!

Scammed out $25 and app keeps crashing

When I downloaded and first opened the app, I was promoted with a 7 day free trial and then a $24.99 charge after the trial ends unless cancelled before. There was no exit out of this so I had to accept the trial to move forward within the app. After I accepted it, I went to cancel the subscription, back to the app and it just crashed. It crashes every other time I use it. A few hours later I was charged the $25. The apps stock photos and photos of my own come out pixelated and blown up, the crop feature still can’t make them fit correctly within the collage sections. I should not of been charged 25 dollars let alone have the app not work. I would of tried to contact the app about it but there support system is just a link to a Facebook group, with 0 followers and 0 posts
