I just downloaded this game a few days ago and it is suspicious 🤨 Not to be rude but when I try to download an image or icon it crashes out and glitches me! It also bugs me when a lot of things are in premium!!! 😟 Alsoooo, when I put an icon on my phone the app doubles my icon and my shortcuts keep notifying me about icons! Thank you for reading and please help developers that would mean a lot to me!! 😊♥️

I’ve been a premium subscriber for several years. Recently I don’t have premium access and whenever I hit restore it tells me I need I need to purchase. Although I have proof right from the App Store I’m paid through until mid 2026. I can’t get anyone to respond to help me though. And the cherry on top is in the screenshot with proof I’m paid through until 2026 there’s several other theme/icon apps and this one is the most expensive one by $15-20.

I put all my hard work to making a custom homescreen pics bc all my apps are ugly only two find out you need money to do it, and it's money to get the other stuff, I bought the pass and it still didn't work, scam I WAS SCAMMED Don't get this app

Ever since I updated the app it won’t let me in. I tried multiple different ways to somehow get the app running, but it doesn’t. I tried pressing the next button but it takes me nowhere and because I have widgets with the app I’m unable to edit them through the app.

not like any other app. completely free if u dont get premium. most apps if u dont get premium have hardly any widgets. Not this one. you have the same amount of widgets even if u dont get premium. there arent any themes that u cant get. you simply watch one add and unlock all the widgets in a theme. This app is a MUST HAVE for anyone looking to customize their phone. If u cant find one u want u can make ur own.

I’ve had this app for quite a while and honestly I never get to use it. It has NEVER loaded. I’ve never gotten past the the loading symbol! It’s really frustrating after trying everything to get it to work. I’ve powered down my phone and tried again. I made sure I had enough storage( which I have plenty) and I have cleared all my tabs except Widgethub. I do not like this app what so ever. I’m sure this app is fine IF IT WOULD WORK. Id really appreciate if the developers could fix this because all my friends have had the same issue, thank you. 😐

PLEASE READ BEFORE GETTING!!!
I thought Thai was going to be different from the other apps that made you pay, but it wasn’t. It makes you pay for EVERYTHING! And I’m not over exaggerating, you have to pay for everything, even a wallpaper!! If you don’t want to pay for backgrounds keyboards etc. I don’t recommend this app. :(

Too buggy for me
When I tried to leave the app it kept on saying that the app needs access to my calendar even when I said yes or no and I couldn't close it . I had to time it just right power off my phone luckily that fixed it.
Login Error
When I try to log back in, it doesn’t log me back into my original account. It seems to make a new account every time I try to log in.

So it was working really well at first, then I accidentally deleted it, and now it won’t let me customize my own home screen. I used to love it, and now I feel I’m going insane on how to fix this. I wished for better.
