App not working
I am a new user of this app and I am trying to sign in with my mobile number but OTP is not coming , so many time I tried but it doesn’t work how can i use the app

لما لم يتم فتح البرنامج في موبايلي لقد اتممت الشروط ويضهر لي ان الرقم غير صحيح وهو رقمي بالفعل صحيح

After completing the set up in the final step it keeps loading after entering the OTP

صارلي فوق الشهرين احاول اني اسوي تحويل الى تونس و التطبيق مو راضي
خدمة عملاء قمة في الرداءة و عدم الاحترافية و مضيعه للوقت
اتمنى من شركة ابل و بشدة انها تزيل التطبيق من متجرها
و انصح كل واخد يريد تخويل الاموال انلاين انه يستخدم تطبيق BEC او تطبيق الملا للصرافة
The worst app ever
It's been over than two months since I'm trying to make a transfer to Tunisia, and the transfer failed without any reason
The customer service is poor, unprofessional and a waste of time
I really hope Apple removes this scum app from its store
And I advise everyone who wants to transfer money online to use the BEC App or the Al Mulla Exchange App

Worst customer service
Worst customer service…they will take weeks for refund without any transaction update
Best App to send money
I used Wallstreet Kuwait app to send money to India and it was so fast and my money got credited to my bank account quickly. Great rates and by far the best exchange to send money.
