Wally: Your Smart Wallet

Wally now works as a reader. Sign in on any phone or tablet using the reader credentials from your dashboard, and use it at the counter to scan a customer's pass and complete whatever the campaign calls for. • Scan a pass by QR code, or type the code in by hand • Stamp cards — collect a stamp, and hand over banked rewards on request • Loyalty cards — add or redeem points • Tickets, coupons and memberships — validate in a single tap • Each device shows only the functions you have enabled for it LOYALTY BY SPEND Reward customers on what they actually spend. Type the basket total and the receipt number, and Wally shows you what it earns before you commit — no receipt photos, no paperwork. Check the figure with the customer, confirm, done. The receipt number is what stops one till slip earning twice. REWARDS THAT CARRY OVER A full stamp card is no longer a dead end. Completing one banks a reward and starts the holder's next card straight away, and banked rewards can be handed over whenever the customer decides to use them — one at a time or several at once. KNOW BEFORE YOU AWARD The scan screen tells you when a card has reached a daily limit, so you find out before the tap rather than after it. If a manager opens a short override from the dashboard, you'll see who allowed it.
