Terrible app
This is the WORST app. It is constantly crashing and emptying my cart. Every time I try to add items it says unavailable right now. This app makes my blood boil and I hate it. It’s been terrible for years.

My Items area
There’s a problem with the app. It’s not loading my Reorder in the My Items section anymore. I found that to be helpful when placing orders instead of having to research certain items again. Also I don’t care much for this new temporary hold charge. Last time it never deducted it from my total and I noticed it’s happening again. I should have been refunded this amount. Also last time I did a return and I noticed it got returned then there was a recharge of .44 cents subtracted from my bank of that refund amount taking it back. This might seem little but if you do this with every order where there’s a refund or other accounts thats huge and called skimming theft. This is either the app or your accounting. Not impressed.

Worst shopping and customer care
They delivered a severally broken heavy duty kitchen set. It couldn’t lift the box for return or my joints injured for returning! when I called customer service, they did not help instead after long waiting time, they closed my account! I still get charged for subscriptions and then later cancelled which is super annoying.

This site crashes all the time. It won’t let me add or delete items from my cart lot of the time. Super frustrating
