Archaic - not customer friendly

I cringe every time I have to use the app for my condo $$ management. From the log in process to depositing checks it is far from being user friendly. I don’t know how the non business app is (I use Sharon Credit Union for my personal banking and their app is great), but this one needs to be revamped. The app actually has me considering switch banks.
