I like the reminder on what week is recycling!
I just wish that when they pick up garbage and recycling that they would make sure they don’t miss and/or drop stuff on the ground. I know they have a shortage of employees but the trash that is left in the streets is not good for our city!

I’ve been with Walters for years. I understand that everything has gotten more expensive but I hope we’re gonna level out for awhile. I’m a senior but still working full time so the text surprised me but I love it.

Very basic app that provides useful info about trash and recycling pickup.
Great so far
As an elder millennial, I don’t use Facebook and dread email. I appreciate the text notifications AND this app to inform me of delays and remind me of pick up times. Seems like my city finally got an excellent contractor for recycling and refuse!!

Three-four years now, after frustration with previous Company. I have NEVER had a problem with Walters and this “Senior” can be finicky at times! What more can I say!?
