Change for the worse
I used to have no problems with the app. Since this whole new change I find the UI terrible. It’s no longer intuitive, scrolling through the coupons it’s constantly loading. I had to search around for the clipped coupons that used to be under “my list” and are now moved to “my card”. Whenever I click on a coupon to see the specifics then return to the coupon list, it takes me back to the beginning of the list again and I have to scroll back down to find my place. All in all, this was an awful update.

Worst app in sooo many ways
Out of the 4 or more years I’ve had this app, I have only earned two $5 discounts. I am in & out of these stores a few times each month. We are a small (2) adult family. Our sales receipts add up to a lot and sometimes a little. E.g., over $150 this past week, but less than $5 to get a last minute item last week (even tho I live across the street from a mega store whose name shall not be mentioned$. But the app seldom works more than once (or less) every few weeks. The cashiers try to help get it to work. I have NEVER received any help from the customer service staff. No one has ever offered to have me come back and get the receipts put into the system. I live in a town without its own Walts store. I pass at least 4 of their competitors to shop there. I give them more of my business due to it being a small local family owned still? business. One that offers early shopping hours for the elderly 5 times a week. I will admit that when we had a major chain for several years with personable staff in the fish monger department, I only gave that store my business. But that ended at least 10+ years ago. The app sales data is still very poorly organized. What nut case would list animal food products as apart of the frozen food department? Items are not related to their categories. I’m going to try the latest trick of deleting & Re-entering a few times. I have also thought of leaving my full cart at the cash register and not buying my items. But they work hard enough. Maybe well after the pandemic, at times when the store is pretty empty. I wish the app came with a set of step by step suggestions. The kind for non-technical old people.

Doesn’t update points
App Stinks! I’m here multiple times a week, and haven’t earned $5 yet!
App hasn’t updated my points since July
I shop Walts every couple of weeks. In July I made a list on the app and since then I have never been able to delete the list. It also hasn’t updated any points since then. I have deleted the app and down loaded it again, signed in on the new downloaded app. It still shows the same list and the same amount of points.

Rewards not working
I’ve had my phone app card scanned but no updates to money spent for next $5 reward. It’s been at $208 and I have spent at least $100 more in recent visits. The app used to deduct a penny from the bill. It doesn’t do that any more.

Does Not Work On Desktop or Laptop
Have tried and tried but cannot get this app to work on my mother’s computer — after about 25 password resets, we don’t know what to do. P.S. - The app works fine on my iPhone but the computer app is worthless.

Can't really complain about it. Nothing wrong but sometimes I takes forever to load.

Had my whole shopping list made out for Christmas shopping. Made list on Monday now it's Wednesday and the list is gone. Disappointed to say the least!
