Weather
One of the features that was touted for this new app was the ability to listen to the weather if you wanted to.
So far the app is not delivering. I downloaded improved app on day 1, and did not have the ability to stream a weather report that was the most recent until 7/27 in the afternoon. This morning (7/28) all I can stream is 7/27 weather. Back to the website for my weather. What a major disappointment

New WAMC App
Download was seamless. App is informative and well designed.
Pretty Much Fine
The only thing I don’t like about the new app is that it automatically starts playing when I open it. If you accidentally open the app, it starts on its own. That’s a dumb feature. It should only start playing when you also click the play button. Please fix that. Otherwise it’s fine.
Big improvement.
Doesn’t seem nearly as glitchy as the old one. Better audio and no random introduction commercials. I’m glad WAMC finally made the investment.

Don’t install until you read this!
This is not an upgrade, it actually removes options. The biggest one is that you can no longer download anything, so good luck using it while driving in an area without good cell coverage.
