Not Very User Friendly
Having to change the login password every 6 months is a Royal pain. No matter how many times I’ve used a new password it seemed that somebody had already used it. Then the app locks me out so I have to call support to unlock my login.

I love this app and use it often. Hopefully when the other credit union takes over, theirs will be like this. It’s very easy to use and I’m old and can use it. Love being able to transfer money to my kids acct also.

Not User Friendly
The app is not user friendly. I used MSUFCU for years, their app is user friendly you can do so much more with ease. I hate that this app makes you pay loans and transfer money in separate places? Why can’t we just move it all through one area?

Needs to allow options for cashing in and out
This needs to allow customers to not only pay bills but transfer from loan amount back to other accounts. Also allow users to transfer to their IRAS but not borrow the money out.

I really enjoy this appp as it allows me to be able to check my balance . If there are any discrepancies so that I am able to stay on top of anything that is not correct .
