I subscribed for 499 but still it’s showing you have no subscription. Kindly rectify it

No free trial available
The app doesn’t provide any free trial as claimed by the developers. This is absolutely ridiculous. Once you instal the app and fill in the details. In order to check the activity one has to buy the premium subscription. Complete waste of time.

You need to purchase a subscription to access all features, but you can use the instant notifications and basic features for free when the person comes online.

Не работает, не смотря на оплату, нет пробного периода.
Тестового периода нет. Пришлось сразу оплатить неделю. Спустя сутки приложение перестало работать. Приходят уведомления, что человек в сети, мои этом если хочешь проверить время захода в сеть, пишет, чтобы оплатили подписку. Прошу вернуть деньги за подписку, которая не работает.
