Thank you for making this experience so easy and obtainable! I was on state insurance until now. I have a great job and now it feels good to pay my way as it should be.
Doctor/Facility Filter Broken
Every time I’ve searched for insurance, the app changes the doctor or facility on the results page. It is impossible to find insurance for any specific doctor or facility because this crucial feature is broken. Don’t you do UAT or QA? This has been broken for months. Your app is completely useless! I wouldn’t care if it wasn’t a crucial (life or death) function this app is supposed to provide. All Washington state residents pay for this app, yet get zero value because it’s managed by morons who don’t bother to test before launch, who don’t seem to read the negative reviews. Want to decrease call volume? Fix your search. This is insane.

Recent Update Ruined the App
Tonight, I was asked to update the app. Now it is glitchy and has many bugs. It said action required but when I clicked that it led to nothing. There was a place to add a personal story - the text box glitched out no matter what I typed and said I had characters I didn’t have or exceeded 1500 characters - I did not. It looks like I have unread messages but I’ve read those already on the app and desktop. Now, it’s frustrating and inefficient to use the app. It was fine before the “update.”

User ID Char Limit
The login screen user id input field has a character limit set too low to accommodate most email addresses, which is the most common type of user id. This means thousands of people can’t access this app. Or millions? What the actual? Who is responsible for testing this app? If most cannot login, how is this person still cashing a paycheck from the taxpayers who pay for this app? No updates to this app in the last 2 months tells me that the Governor of WA State needs to light a fire on this app team’s leadership immediately. Open enrollment starts Nov 1 - in less than a week. I called the 877 number to report this & they laughed at me for expecting the app to work. Wow. WA State needs to hire a professional agency to manage this app & they must fire the current team responsible for phoning it in on supporting humans who pay taxes, need healthcare & vote for the politicians responsible for oversight of this vital public health program.

Slow and glitchy app
The app is slow to load pages and sometimes freezes. The app is also not super user friendly. It can be difficult to determine where you are in the app and what to do, as helpful information is limited.
Plans are cheaper going to providers directly
As well the app shows Evergreen health not covered by any insurance plans.
Garbage app.
It gives access to less than half of the features of the desktop site.
You cannot check your document center to verify what you’ve uploaded, when you’ve uploaded it, and what still needs uploading.
This is crucial if you’re applying for coverage and have a sudden huge change in income that you need to prove.

App won’t open and crashes immediately every time I try to open it

Such a nightmare to navigate that even the live chat could not get me anywhere other than running in circles. Nothing is intuitive. Keeps making me log back in.
Need to enter my password every time
Every time I open the app, I asks me to enter my password to login. Why doesn’t it remember my password? If I’m logged out every time I close the app, the app won’t be able to send notifications so basically the notifications won’t arrive.
