DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLAYING THIS GAME!!! You have to spend money to get anything, and when you earn rewards from events, many times you will not actually receive them. Servers are terrible. Constan issues!!!! Move on and find a better game!
Fun game
I’ve been playing for over 4 yrs so must be a good game.
However it is a pay to play if you wish to proceed at a pace that keeps game fun and challenging, a good active and helpful team also helps a lot. I did loose interest a bit when season dragons became harder to obtain and not being able to level new season dragons up enough to equal or exceed my older season dragons is very frustrating.
However although not playing as much as I did due to some of the recent changes in the game I still enjoy it for the best part.

Bots and hackers
PG does nothing to players that use bots and hacks. If your a person that does that then this game is for you.
Uncaring Game Support
My family joined and got hacked. Initially thought a fun place for parents and kids to enjoy together in a challenging environment. Got hacked, asked Game Support and they banned both hacker and player to shut everyone up. Not a place to learn family values and enjoyment. A magnet for ruthless and greedy players abound. Many players getting bored of being bullied. If you want a money pit of bullies and greed, well here it is. Enjoy!

The embers of what once was
I have played this game for 11 years. It once had a thriving community unlike any other game I had any played. Those that remain are only here for the friends they have made over their many years playing the game. There are so many bugs that were never fixed, player concerns were never addressed, pirates made fair the burden of play a full time job and 95% of teams became at the mercy of the strongest 5%. The developers have not released any meaning new content in years. But because my team remains, I remain, but only until we can find something else we enjoy.

Why don’t they fix it?
Great game, horrible support. I’ve played this game for years and at this point for a two minute run it takes 3 to collect rewards, and the lag on all of it is terrible. It took me six tries today just to log in. Wtf. Are you trying to kill this game?
Wrongful termination
For some reason I was banned from this game while I was on a 2 year hiatus. Not sure how I was able to get banned while not playing the game. Can’t talk to anyone about it.
Worst customer service in gaming
Be aware that if you ever have any issues with this game PG customer service almost exclusively responds with bots and platitudes…. They have no interest in providing solutions to their playing community…. They will waste your time endlessly with never a resolution in sight…. Long time legacy players almost to a person love the game but dealing with customer service on any issue is a nightmare…. If the game was seamless, it wouldn’t be much of a consideration but the game is glitch ridden and at times simply unplayable…. Don’t spend any real money on this game…. You will regret it…

Buggy, terrible support. As many micro transactions as they can squeeze out of you. Don’t bother.
Unfair Support
Support will get down on their knees for the big teams they are in bed with. There is zero equity or equality as soon as a “friend” of theirs isn’t happy. Their TOS means nothing unless you are friends with certain PG employees. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON LOSING IT PERMANENTLY.
As good now as it was when playing my lost level 571 account, bitter a bit but enjoying level 300+
It’s fun it must be to start at level 1 and go through the pain to level 300+ 200+ to get back to my old level…. Word to the wise Always save your google pay or Apple Pay receipts and download a save them on a different device from that which you play on. Have fun
Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time on this game. Customer service is a joke. The game glitches definitely better games out there.
Game Play
Game play is good. But when the game starts having issues it takes them a while to fix it. In addition if the game acts up during one of the events and you used some resources expect them to only reimburse you a third of what you used because they deemed it fair. Oh and don’t get me started on how long it takes them to review your ticket or even give you a response with what they call resolved.

Don’t care anymore!
Game definitely can be improved like when leveling up your towers I would like to see that with your dragons, would love to see feeding event back as well! Played since the game came out, unfortunately got glitches in the game so far and fact hasn’t been updated for over 4 months now what does that tell you! can’t use the game as won’t let you escape out the event! Which has been ongoing since before 20th December 2025 finally now been sorted July! But now in atlas I try to get rewards and keeps saying error and reloads game! So have to close game down every time. copyright stopped in 2023 ,2026 now not good! ( Update) now half way through July and still no updates!! 9 months no updates still, Atlas rewards not working and now don’t respond to messages in game! Clearly don’t care anymore just want your money end of!

Unacceptable
I have played this game for years and I have never seen this level of cheating allowed in this game. It’s so obvious the cheats but all pg support says “we will investigate “ HA my team has offered many videos proving the cheats but nothing is ever done !
Problem game hasn’t updated for about 9mo.
Only thing about this game change in some time is seasonal dragons and dragon riders otherwise nothing changed or improved in years.
Such a great game for dragon lovers
This is such a great game but I have a LOT of requests, can you pleeeeeaaaaassssse make the waits shorter. I hate having to wait hours and hours and HOURS just for one egg to hatch,a building to be finished,or to get more areas to build. Can you also make the defenses stronger? I’ve upgraded almost every one to like level five and they get destroyed in seconds. I can also defeat a level ten or eleven as a 6 with ease. Can you also add customizations to the dragons so you can make them yours?Like names,armor,the way the horns look, almost like World of Warcraft on pcs by Blizzard

Please Fix Server Issues 😢
Been playing this game for years and loved it, however in the past few months I can barely enjoy it. Consistent server interruptions, I’m lucky if the game even loads. I can’t even participate in the weekly events because the server never saves any of my event progress leaving me in a loop of having my progress constantly resetting every few minutes and it’s infuriating. This isn’t a device issue as my phone isn’t old or out of date, nor do I have bad connection with either wifi or data I try to use to play the game. While I love this game, please fix these ridiculous server issues!

Great game
My favourite game on ipad. The team aspect is really great and i have met some wonderful people. Adding now to my previous revue. Been playing near 10 yrs but had a disaster due to bad game design. Runes, glyphs, and relics massively boost dragon power and base defence. I lost all mine due this design fault in game. Years of grind and some money. PG support not responding after a “thanks for letting us know” message. Given them time to answer further but nothing!!!! I am devastated. Little time left before i quit the game along with my wife and maybe some team friends. Your support team sucks PG.
New edit. It took too long and big stuff ups on the way but my account was fixed. So i cannot complain overall. Back to my initial reaction to the game. Good game, it takes effort and time at higher levels as all decent games do. I play without pay and can still progress slowly but steadily.
