Problem game hasn’t updated for about 9mo.
Only thing about this game change in some time is seasonal dragons and dragon riders otherwise nothing changed or improved in years.
Such a great game for dragon lovers
This is such a great game but I have a LOT of requests, can you pleeeeeaaaaassssse make the waits shorter. I hate having to wait hours and hours and HOURS just for one egg to hatch,a building to be finished,or to get more areas to build. Can you also make the defenses stronger? I’ve upgraded almost every one to like level five and they get destroyed in seconds. I can also defeat a level ten or eleven as a 6 with ease. Can you also add customizations to the dragons so you can make them yours?Like names,armor,the way the horns look, almost like World of Warcraft on pcs by Blizzard

Please Fix Server Issues 😢
Been playing this game for years and loved it, however in the past few months I can barely enjoy it. Consistent server interruptions, I’m lucky if the game even loads. I can’t even participate in the weekly events because the server never saves any of my event progress leaving me in a loop of having my progress constantly resetting every few minutes and it’s infuriating. This isn’t a device issue as my phone isn’t old or out of date, nor do I have bad connection with either wifi or data I try to use to play the game. While I love this game, please fix these ridiculous server issues!

Unacceptable
I have played this game for years and the support team has usually been helpful.. until now. I have been unable to access my account for 4 weeks and the support team has done nothing to resolve the problem in fact they have been actively

Great game
My favourite game on ipad. The team aspect is really great and i have met some wonderful people. Adding now to my previous revue. Been playing near 10 yrs but had a disaster due to bad game design. Runes, glyphs, and relics massively boost dragon power and base defence. I lost all mine due this design fault in game. Years of grind and some money. PG support not responding after a “thanks for letting us know” message. Given them time to answer further but nothing!!!! I am devastated. Little time left before i quit the game along with my wife and maybe some team friends. Your support team sucks PG.
New edit. It took too long and big stuff ups on the way but my account was fixed. So i cannot complain overall. Back to my initial reaction to the game. Good game, it takes effort and time at higher levels as all decent games do. I play without pay and can still progress slowly but steadily.

Game sucks
Don’t bother starting this game. As someone who has played for years, I can tell you it’s not worth your time. There are a handful of powerful teams full of level 700+ players, and there’s nothing to prevent them from stealing what teams with lower level players have worked for years to get. The rules the game admins claim to have put in place to help actually disadvantage weaker teams and protect stronger ones. And when you put in a help request when you don’t get the prizes you’ve earned, they tell you ‘too bad’. Don’t waste your time and money on this.

I had this game for several years now and this is my first time leaving a review, I am having problems with my game for months now and these customer supports are non-existent. They need another update on the app! and better customer support. No follow ups, not even an acknowledgement from the emails sent. So frustrating!

The worst for collecting event prizes, every time you collect, it keeps saying there’s an error. Then you have to logout and keep collecting prizes multiple times. I’m still having this problem, this time is even worse than before.

Don’t bother
This game used to be good. Developer does not care about players. Servers time out all the time and crash regularly. They don’t make it right and put very little effort into the game.
Pathetic. Played this game for years. Completed the build, no rewards given, raised chat support.
I have played this game for years. The last event just gone ( build event) completed and used all my timers, no rewards given, sigils, and zero points within my team. Created a chat with support, to have all correspondence ignored with no response. I’m over level 700 and this is how they treat their long term playing folk. Pathetic and disgusting.

Game is dead
This game was fun but now is dead. You have to spend $20 per month to even lightly participate. It is super buggy and the developers don't even bother to reapond to tickets anymore. I had a whole seasons work go to nothin g because they wouldn't fix a glitch that happens all the time! They never even responded. Game is dead.

Flaky servers, support nonexistent
I’ve played this game for years and although it’s gotten quite repetitious, I’m far into it and have - er, had - a goal. But recently I can’t log on. I’ve done all the things support used to say (back when there was support) including restarting, re-installing the game etc etc. No joy.
I wrote support based on the error message and even sent them a screen shot. No reply. So I guess I’m done now. Can’t even log on to say goodbye.

I have been playing the game for 10 years it was fun but lately it’s has been a nightmare especially on IOS load time take for ever , the server constantly crashes and then you get kicked out from the game .
