Very frustrating game to play!
Very difficult to control your fighter, leaving you vulnerable to enemy attack every time. You wonโt advance very far through the playing levels.
Omega Race
This used to be one of my favorite arcade games back in the day. Glad to see an iPhone option. Graphics are well done. Does anyone know if the game supports external controls?
Great game!
All games from this dev are excellent and the new upgrade makes them better!!
Hope to see MFI soon!

Update for iOS 11.3.1
This was one of my favorite games but has not been updated and no longer works for IOS latest version. Very difficult to make it through without getting kicked out. Complete junk now. Real shame, was a good game once upon a time.
I finally found Omega Race
I have been telling my kids about omega race for years. It was my fav old school game and I was thrilled to find an iPhone playable version. The game play is pretty good and very much like I how I remember it. My only complaint is that often when the game ends the app crashes and I have to reopen to play another game.

Next Best Thing To Omega Race
Love this game was looking for an Omega Race style game for a while.

The Alpha and Omega of Games
I have been looking for vector graphics style games since I got my iPhone and this one is the ultimate. I loved Omega race as a kid and this one is even better. The sounds are awesome, and the difficulty curve is perfect. Now that I have managed to get fairly comfortable with the controls (learning to use thrust and steer is not easy), the game opens up beautifully. I'm surprised this isn't higher in the rankings. Fancy does not necessarily mean better in games. Great work!

Yes, Virginia, it is Omega Race!
This game has the typical drawbacks of an iPhone app: small screen, non-tactile controls & thumb fatigue. But the graphics are solid, gameplay is good & the price is right. Great job!
Good Omega Race clone
As good as you'll find on any platform, right down to the vector-ish graphics and bang-on gameplay.
Early 80s Arcade classic
This is obviously inspired by an early 1980s arcade game classic named Omega Race. Although sometimes arcade joystick type controls don't always translate well to a touch screen, the developer did a great job. Graphics look good, and sound effects are decent too.
Well done!
Well done!
Yea!
I used to play Omega Wars with my family on the C64. It's great to play this again. Good feel and controls too. Good job.
Cool
Yup, this is it. Don't know how many quarters I spent on this game in the 80s. Nice job.
Omega race at it's best!
The old daily going to or returning from grade school classic. Yes the iPods / pads do have vector graphics and what better use than this great classic that not only lives up to but surpasses the original. My only gripe is no option for flipping the controls. A real must have!
A good rendition of a classic
I like this game. I would like to hear more sounds for things like the thrust, and an emulation of the original background sounds that gradually got faster as time went by. I'd love to hear the original sounds if possible. Other than that, this is a good start to a great emulation of a classic.
Takes me back!
This is a really great game for fans of the old vector graphics games from the early 80's. In the early 80's my best friend and I would spend hours at the arcade in the mall, and one of our favorite games was Omega Race. This is the best recreation that I've come across of that game and it plays pretty much the same. The controls are very responsive, and let me clear a lot of levels quickly. Definitely recommend.

Solid, but flawed interpretation
It's a solid conversion of an arcade classic underneath, but the graphics don't upscale well to the Retina Display, and the controls aren't as tight as they need to be for a shooter of this type.
