Bad dev
Don’t ever download this game. Initially I knew this was a money pit type game but I really enjoyed playing it. Since the latter part of the last year the game has taken a really bad turn. I’m still playing this game presently and the dev does not respond to anyone now. I have bought 2 generals that I can’t enhance. I notified Apple to see if they would intervene and they said their only responsibility is collecting the money for this 3rd party app. I gave the dev and Apple a chance to correct the issue. I have spent a ton on money on this game and that answer was not sufficient for me. Apple has no issue collecting funds but they don’t monitor these games devs and hold them accountable. I’m presently in a sale as we speak and we’re still having the same issue. I bought yet another general and the same thing has happened again. I won’t say all the players are having the same issue as me but some of us are. The stats on the different items we purchase haven’t been updated. I can voice my opinion on this game because if you look me up I’m a top 5 player. I wish like hell this dev would sell this game to someone who will take care of it and the players. I regret continuing spending even though the warning signs were there. But when you’ve spent as much money as I have you tend to hold out hope that it will be fixed. If I could get all of my money back I would in a heartbreak and walk away. Apple treats people like they’re trying to steal when issues are brought to them. That’s no way to treat any customer but I’m gonna take this as a lesson learned.

This game has gone down hill rapidly. Nutsplay cannot control the cyber bullying on this game and it’s not worth playing anymore. I would never recommend this game period!

Two years ago, they introduced spies as a means of increasing power, along with clovers that are purchased to acquire said spies in a ‘redeem event’. Recently, they deleted the spy redeem without informing any of us who have been purchasing clovers to get new/different spies... but the clovers are still there to purchase... rip off of higher proportions.
Add to this the fact that in the past 3 days, ALL the players who are on the gem purchase leaderboard have been locked out of participating in the biggest battle events in the game. The game will lose several players who regularly spend $10k per month... bunch of morons running this game’s operation, if you ask me.

Complaint
They’ve advertised an in app purchase of a spy @$300 each for 8 months (Jan 2021) and have not supplied the Spy. They’ve promised it will be available 8 months later still nothing.
Complaints to the developer, Apple Support and Apple Review during this time have fallen on deaf ears. No replies or action to remedy this problem has been forthcoming.

This game is trash. You have to spend thousands of dollars to keep up with the big players. Who have spent $10-20k on this game at least. The developer doesn’t fix a thing. Game lags real bad during events. Don’t waste your time or money on this game.

2 times now the game has locked you out saying server is busy, first occurrence was 4 days and this occurrence has been going on for 3 days. app does not contact you back and last time when they game went back online you were compensated 300gems... during that time the game was down you could have easily gotten 1000 gems per day...

This app is a net for iTunes to fraud it’s customer. Millions of dollars are being fraudulently Taken from Apple customers around the world. This us based company needs to be stopped by the department of justice.This app does not operate correctly causing losses to regenerate customers to purchase more items.The content being displayed on the chat function of the game is horrific for kids to be reading. Players are spending in the hundreds of thousands on this app.customers have figured out how to get very large refunds from Apple by lying about false purchases. This app is generating billions of dollars in revenue by way of fraud.The developer company has not complied with their user contract with Apple but still continues to operate. The us justice department needs to investigate this activity.The Nitrox accounts of server 12 has been conducting criminal activity for a long time.Theft,hacking,personal information usage,fraud.The game knows this but turns a blind eye.This player accounts said to shoot all of coloured people !

Your never going to progress in this game without spending 1000s a week, and then when you do and the developer isn’t seeing enough being spent they shut down the game and don’t respond.
