pay to win all the way no doubt, On top of that every update comes with over powered weapons/robots that makes no sense and can literally wipe everyone Pixonic doesn’t touch or nerf until weeks/months or unless it’s a new update literally. Then there is just a newer newer overpowered robot/weapon. The game can literally be unplayable at times, matchin making does you NO justice it’s bad no going lie

war robots is a fun game, its mechanics, its features and ideology of a futuristic intense and satisfying battles are very fun to play. however its biggest problem is its way of handling their game, every time i load in im absolutely demolished by other players using insanely over powered weapons, and robots, and it gets to a point where almost ever match i play it comes to luck if my matchmaking actually pairs me with a fair lobby which almost never happens resulting in a unfair, not fun game, and this completely neglects the hackers, if i were to play 10 games atleast 4 of them would have hackers 4 of them with op mechs, weapons, pilots and titans, and two where one team is an absolute power house and the other is filled
noobs or people who leave the game, and with these problems, you have to either live through the pain or leave which in most cases puts you into low priority which is just mind dwelling. and this leads me to the fact that pixonic doesnt even care considering they get masses of money from people who spend their money and indirectly ruin other peoples experiences of the game and even if they nerf weapons or robots they still neglect the fact that there are still other aspects of in game purchases that completely outrank you’re current league, this leads to my overall review of the game and i can 100% assume most players agree with me because they’ve been in the same boat. if pixonic made it so instead of buying a robot with its weapons and pilot’s at mk2 they can just make almost mk1 so its way more manageable for the other team to actually have a fighting chance.

It’s good but I feel like some people spend a lot of money for an overpowered weapon
My opinion on War Robots
Though it is a cool game when I play in between matches it feels like they nerf and buff your bots instead of letting the bots be themselves. You also have to pay to be good.
They cut back on the hurricane meters, but on the sloth, they devour every corner of the map. I paid
Sloth takes over all the whole game but they cut back on the hurricane meters down to 600 from 800 make it make sense
Make a bunch of stupid weapons so no one can move on the field
They make this game worse week after week
You’ll notice it’s pay to play by the 500 offers shoved in your face each time you login desperate for cash.
How can you pay for a robot for pixonic nerf it and reduce its ability so it’s useless to force you to spend more. Don’t waste your time.

Pay2win game. As soon as you buy something you get literally three seconds to actually kill someone before you get advanced to a higher league where you become another easy kill again. The last game I played was horrendous. My team and me got destroyed by three players who each had at least one full hanger of shoggoths(op robot).the nerf cycle is even worse because after a few updates your so called “ op robot “ gets nerfed tremendously. And I’m not even finished yet. The workshop is just a bunch of stupidness since you spend time getting 10k components on a robot that’s has been nerfed by the nerf cycle. And some people are willing to pay hundreds or even thousands of bucks to play the game and it’s hard to compete against them.
100% do not recommend this game and do not listen to whatever nonsense the developers can come up with to defend their stupid game
Wish it would go back the way it used to now it’s just gotten out of hand.

Why it kinda stinks
I’m not buying anything so I don’t do good. I completely agree that this is pay to win. Hackers are common and honestly if you don’t buy anything you’re gonna lose every time. Also it takes forever to get a new bot without getting one you already have. There still are some good things like the game is close to the ad, it’s sometimes fun to play even though I’m going to lose because I don’t by anything😒, and that the games don’t take forever. The timer is a plus even though it makes it harder. The one thing I hate the most is that I hate seeing awesome bots going into the store and seeing that they cost like fifteen dollars.
