Why do I want to play through advertisements, but every time it shows that advertisements are not available? Why?

I really love this game. I really do but the two things I do not like about it. You have to watch ads to place down soldiers in second it crashes like every couple hours I think it crashes cause I place too many soldiers that cost ads. I like. That you can be the soldiers. also, can we add vehicles, please please it’ll be super cool to have vehicles that you can control
