I like 40k and the cards are cool. Still learning the rules but it’s fun even when I lose.
Servers are terrible
Fun game and I’d be willing to spend money on it if the game actually worked. I can’t even open it anymore, I just get stuck on reconnecting
Great game but very unstable
I’ve been playing this for years and really enjoy it but recently it’s become so unstable it’s borderline unplayable. Whatever I do I get a spinning wheel and a message telling me that the server could not be reached and to try again. This happens on every WiFi connection I’ve tried so the problem isn’t on my side.

Utter Garbage
I’ve never encountered a more poorly coded application in my life. Constant crashing, constant connection issues, horrible UI, real-time PvP is INCREDIBLY poorly designed.

Pay to win and end game cheats
the end game matches are unbalanced. You’ll win early matches while trying to score points for the point graph in order to get free cards. When you hit 2000 with any faction even if you have won every match it’ll match you with someone who will beat you. And it probably won’t be once. I’ve played this awhile and everytime I get close to the 2000 mark it’s a loss that drops you back down to 1940. Most likely a string of them. Statistically you should get at least one win out of a 15 plays but yes I have lost 15 Times in a row after like 60 wins in a row also statistically impossible. My only guess is it’s rigged matching. And you play against other peoples decks being played by Ai. Otherwise it would have a timer and currently you can leave a game on mid match without making a move and come back an hour later and continue. Real people would leave, Ai waits. On a positive note you know at some point you’ll have a end game build that won’t ever lose because of this same problem. But only if you can stand the cheaty matching and losing a lot before then. Or you can just buy your wins, by buying the good cards.

A shell
Two incredible card games cancelled, Warpforge, and legion cut out with stunning art whilst combat cards persists, it’s a card game but not in the same deck building highly addictive way as the others, the game is fine enough but it feels like it’s missing that spark of creative fun

Held off on playing for a long time. Having fun so far. Takes time to get your stuff built up. So that stinks but hey it’s a grind.
Great game but a bit buggy.
I just want to preface this review with saying that I love this game, it’s fun, matches are short and there’s so much replayability with different warlords and how often we get events/ campaigns. I’m a massive 40k nerd and I love that the icons are painted miniatures, it’s a nice touch. It’s also very playable as F2P, though I don’t mind put the odd £5 on if I feel that it would speed things up, but this isn’t required.
My only issue is the bugs, I’ve got used to closing and reopening the game every few matches but it can be annoying. I really wish it would get sorted just for quality of life but it’s not enough to stop me playing as I’m having a great time overall.

Not fully baked
“OK” concept but half baked as best - need an update where your own boss card more stand out, loss a lot of matches because all these cards looks the same -.-
Gutes Spiel aber….
Das Spiel ist von der Idee sehr gut gemacht , aber es hat einige Probleme mit abstürzen (ich habe iPhone 17 OS System) meisten bei einem Kampf geht es nicht weiter und ich muss es neustarten dann ladet er den Kampf und es gibt immer Verbindungsprobleme mit der Connection obwohl man vollen Empfang , auch im W-LAN , dann sind die Preise im Shop zu teuer und das Tutorial ist zu kurz und zu einfach gehalten, schreckt also Neulinge ab weil es auch nicht gut erklärt ist bzw. erklärt wird

First online match I got paired against a guy with a crazy set up. Destroyed me in a few turns. Fastest uninstall in my app playing history.

Once you get out of the tutorial, you better be ready to spend money to get cards that can compete with the terrible matchmaking this pos offers. I love warhammer but goddamn is this game a money grab.

Over Monetization, Servers, and stability of the game sours the amazing Grim Dark experience that is underneath all of the molester levels of packs, this and packs that. Like I get it this is Games Workshops MO but, let’s be honest…Warpforge. Need I say more. It’s worth a google.
Poor Connectivity, Regardless of WiFi
I want to give this game a better rating, because I enjoy the core aspects of it. Receiving error messages every few actions, however, is keeping me from giving it a higher rating. I love the lore behind each card, and the variety. It has so much to it; it’s just falling short on the one aspect it needs. It’s failing to provide a consistently playable game.

Love the game, struggling to keep playing
There are so many bugs. I love the game. But having to force close every 30-60 seconds. Or when trying to redeem an earned reward is extremely frustrating.
