Endings are just new beginnings
I started playing soon after launch and I collected a massive amount of Iron Warriors then I followed that up with Warpforge, but after all that Warpforge got shut down and this is going to be too. Some last word of advice would to get Combat Cards, it’s a really nice TCG and needs a bigger player base. If that’s not your style I would recommend Tacticus, it’s a real time strategy game. I am happy to see new games in the making but this is just a good reason why we should be cautious around games. Iron Within, Iron Without!

The only reason this isn’t the biggest hobby going is because of the BS devs and hoops that games workshop makes you jump through. Utter trash game. Wake the F up.
It’s trash and needs balance.
Decent amount of warlords are overpowered, not fair match ups, over charging a battle bass that only worth 5$ fact they sell it for $20.00 is an insult they are robbing whoever bought it 😂 Don’t wait your time with it.

The writing is on the walls. I believe this game is getting shut down in the next month. It’s a shame. It’s been a daily consistent thing for me in my life when everything else has been going wrong for the last couple years. I’ve only been in one lodge, and I am the lodgemaster. Had a crew of about 15 people who have been there since the first month. (Of our lodge not the start of the game) made some great friends on here. I am really sad that it’s about to be over. Just so many sentimental things I relate to either playing this game or times in my life while this was also a part of my life.
I’m really not looking forward to seeing this chapter end.

Meta and Money
Ive been playing this game since the first expansion. You used to be able to play whoever you wanted an have fun. Now its meta hell and if you try to play anything for fun you get curbstomped 100 times in a row. Spend hundreds of dollars and barely scratch the surface of the content. Spent years grinding for cards just for them to render all old cards “legacy” and re release whole new card sets so you have to earn everything again. Also they shutdown warpforge to favor this game which sucks because the new game was good. They will shut this game down too one day and all your money and time will have been for nothing. They havent released a new single player campaign in years. So theres no way to just enjoy playing a army you like.

This developer is super shady, they shut down Warpforge and kept everyone’s money for premium campaigns. Be careful about spending your money!
