【数据库糟糕】【客服质量待提高】

【数据库糟糕】：我出现违章——然后处理违章——违章处理成功——若干个月后warmcar数据库出错app显示违章待处理，无法用车，被客服骚扰让我处理违章——我让他们去检查记录——app端违章信息消除——又若干个月后同样事情发生，然后他们检查，消除——再若干个月后再次发生，而且客服蛮横，坚持说“你这个肯定是没处理不然我们系统不会这么显示”，我问“你们系统不会出错吗”，回答“我们对接交管部门系统不会出错，错那就是交管部门的错，你不会怀疑交管部门系统有错吧？？【客服质量待提高】”。 ————好，三十度大热天我跟warmcar工作人员又去交警大队查一遍，我们都看到查询结果并没有app所显示我待处理的违章。 【打脸不？？？】
