Starts good but becomes bad
The game starts off really good and I’ve made it to level 25. But at this point it’s become boring and frustrating. All the higher level levels will spend their time picking on lower level guys. It becomes impossible to advanced because when you try to get resources, they will attack you. The game is very uneven at this point.

Ça aurait pu être un super jeu mais… 5 serveurs seulement aujourd’hui, j’ai commencé le jeu sur le 5, il avait déjà 45 jours donc impossible de rattraper les premiers joueurs sinon en achetant des packs. Les packs sont excessivement chers au regard de ce que ça vous apporte, c’est tellement ridicule que perso, ça me passe direct l’envie d’acheter. Et puis, comme le jeu ne se développe pas et bien jours après jours c’est la même chose, les mêmes actions, les mêmes buts, on finit par s’ennuyer.

Notifications don’t work
I appreciate that the notifications are customizable in this game, but almost none of them work. That’s a big problem in this type of game.
Post 3 day shield you won’t be able to function due to no troops/attrition
Can’t participate in the events since armies are depleted by attacks from people 2-4 times your level. Can’t heal/retrain to have functional army behind heroes. Kinda boring 2x.
DO NOT PLAY
This game had potential, but it’s quickly gone downhill. There are no real events to keep players engaged, and the ones they do run are extremely repetitive. Buildings cost way too many resources, which makes progress painfully slow unless you spend money. The packs are overpriced, and the gap between free-to-play and paying players is massive.
On top of that, there are too many bots, real players leave early, and most servers are basically dead (at the time of this review, there are only 5 servers total, and servers 1–3 are already ghost towns). No server vs server events, nothing fresh to keep things interesting.
If you’re looking for a long-term strategy game, this one feels abandoned and not worth the investment. Its just a money grab

Not being allowed to do anything myself for the first 15 minutes of playing ruined the game for me
Insupportable
Un jeu qui pourrait être sympa mais certaines mécaniques d un autre âge. Sur le serveur 3, impossible de jouer vous vous faites defoncer à longueur de temps si pas de bouclier par des gens qui ont décidés de tuer le serveur. Les devs s en tapent totalement et vous mettent des mises à jours qui n arrangent rien au contraire. Juste un exemple pour les troupes ou vos hôpitaux même level 23-24 n auront pas plus de 10 000 place donc si vous avez 100 000 troupes bah c est boubou à longueur d’année sinon les 90 000 qui restent meurent. Sachant que les gars vous attaquent 20-30 fois de suite. À fuir.

It froze and has been stuck like that for days. Everything moves but won’t let me click into anything or move my screen even. It’s a terrible glitch
Didn’t expect to stick with Wartide this long
Absolutely love Wartide! Been playing for months — it just keeps getting better. I didn’t expect to play Wartide this long, but here I am months later, still logging in every day. It’s one of the few SLG games that actually rewards long-term planning and teamwork. The alliance system adds real depth — coordinating attacks and defending together. Always something to do — events, battles, upgrades. Highly recommend for any strategy fan. Just wish the devs would push updates a bit faster — there's so much potential here！

Fun game until everything levels up to four and I can’t build a third tent or explore to expand my village.
