Je viens d’investir dans un transpondeur AIS (émetteur / récepteur) : je reçois toutes les donnes sur l’application (iPad et / ou iPhone). J’ai également les notifications des alarmes sur mon Apple Watch.
L’apport pour mon voilier est vraiment incroyable pour ce prix.

新版本更新后，购买ais 功能，只显示他船ais轮廓及航向和航速，本船只能使用内置GPS显示航向和船位，本船ais数据不能接收，这点给航行及靠离泊带来极大的不方便，希望后期更新

I always keep coming back to this app because it’s cheap to get into it (until you realize every other button is a paid upgrade).
Latest issue for me is that this app can’t import routes.

Detail vanishes randomly from purchased charts.
You buy a chart and expect that what you’ve purchased remains intact, but it doesn’t. It degrades as they pull detailed data that you’ve already paid for. You’d expect purchased updates to provide the latest survey data, and by all rights they do — but if you don’t need the latest and greatest survey data, you’d expect the old charts you bought to show you everything you bought. Nope — they pull the rug out from underneath you and dangle a $6 chart upgrade out there with no guarantee that the corrupted view of the area of interest will be any improved after taking the bait. I’m done with this app. Open CPN on raspberry pi it is.

Active Unlock AIS Option
Kindly requested to active AIS options to be used with new navigation equipments.
In new devicee we receive ship data through AIVOD sentencesb that unfortunately that is locked in the app.

Used this for navigation for many years - highly recommended. Recent update caused issues but all fixed now 😊
No download of purchased maps possible
Be aware: even if you once you purchased a map you later will be forced to rent it
Version 1.13.0 Major Bug with IOS Position
Version 1.13.0 no longer works with IOS position. I’ve tried this on iPhone 12 Pro using phones internal gps and M1 iPad Pro using compatible external bluetooth gps.
This update has crippled the app.

不限时船舶定位。 冲了几百块钱还是不显示
Bisher gut dann plötzlich kein Download möglich und somit unbrauchbar!!
Letztes Jahr im September 25 wollte ich wir jedes Jahr Karten laden um am nächsten Tag auf 3wöchigen Törn nach Kroatien zu starten aber es war einfach kein Download der Karte möglich! Für mehrere Tage!!! Natürlich hab ich Papierkarten an Bord aber ist einfach sicherer zusätzlich mit Nav-App. Zumindest wenn man die notwendigen Karten laden kann! Aber das war nicht möglich und so musste ich eine Konkurenz-App kaufen welche zwar teurer war aber mit der alles auf Anhieb reibungslos geklappt hat.
Ich habe nun gelesen dass es da angeblich Probleme wegen hohem Andrang gab aber das darf einfach nicht passieren! Erreichen konnte ich auch niemanden und keine Reklamation möglich. Meine Vermutung ist dass alle im Urlaub waren Ende August Anfang September. Da haben die Kunden/User eben Pech gehabt!

With this new release, lots of NMEA that I used for years don’t work anymore. The app is not usable anymore for me without GPS info. Please a hot fix asap!

Die APP akzeptiert kein GPS Signal vom iPhone. Google Maps und Navionics geht. Schade: Geldverschwendung.

Navdata from AIS Class A
Purchase button for the “AIS Class A Navdata Option” does not appear in the App. I have checked the “Unlock AIS Options”section under settings → Sensors → AIS, but the option is either missing or inactive. As per customer support, this option has been suspended indefinitely due to technical reasons and it won’t be fixed in Q4 2025.

This app I very good apart from when you have to subscribe again. The AIS will not let me purchase it and this is the main reason I use this app

Paid maps not downloading
Paid for the Antarctic map a week ago along with three colleagues and it’s is not working on any of our phones at all. Emailed the developers twice and so far have had no response. Please sort it out quickly before the busy Antarctic season begins in 2 days.
