Already sub for this year but the chart correction until april 2026 only. Send email 4 times and still no respond
Navdata Failure
Even I bought the Navdata receive, I can not see my own position on my apple ipad even connected with A class Ais device via Ais wifi router. Provider don’t reply my mails for solutions!
Subscribe problem
I just subscribe charts but did not update, and i can not subsribe sensor.. please fix this problem

User chart
The app is very hopeful and useful. For future updates, I hope you can add a user chart feature that would allow user to plot and display navigational warnings directly on the chart, this would make voyage planning and navigation management more efficient and convenient. Thank you.
Restore not working, no response, a shame
I have purchased a set of charts this spring with a 1 yr subscription. And I want to install it on my 3 devices, 2 iPads and an iPhone. The restore finally worked after several attempts on the iPhone, but fails on the second iPad. This has been going on for months. I have written an email to the address they provide here, but no response for several weeks.
The support and updates have really gone down since the app was taken over by Wärtislä. It is a shame. Why have they taken over this app if they do not care about the app and its customers?
I have used iSailor for more than 15 years and it still works better for me than the others on the market. Thats why I am so deeply disappointed. If I had no problem switching I would say, what the hell, I will not use it anymore. But I want to use it.
It is a real shame how longtime dustomers are abandoned to the point where they switch to another app even if they like the app itself.
My question to Wärtisilä: Why did you purchase this app and take it away from an engaged team which was responsive and helpful? And obviously do not care anymore?
Although I still like this app better than the others I know, I will now make a deeper research for an alternative.

Excellente app de navigation, interface très simple, rapide et fiable. Bien plus claire et facile que les concurrents !
Prix des achats intégrés très corrects.
Je viens d’investir dans un transpondeur AIS (émetteur / récepteur) : je reçois toutes les donnes sur l’application (iPad et / ou iPhone). J’ai également les notifications des alarmes sur mon Apple Watch (risque de collision, alarme de mouillage, tirant d’eau insuffisant).
L’apport pour mon voilier est vraiment incroyable pour ce prix.
Je ne navigue plus qu’à l’iPhone + Apple Watch en côtier, et à l’iPad en hauturier, grâce à l’app.
Il y a eu un passage à vide pendant 2-3 ans mais maintenant l’app re fonctionne encore mieux qu’au début !

I always keep coming back to this app because it’s cheap to get into it (until you realize every other button is a paid upgrade).
Latest issue for me is that this app can’t import routes.

Detail vanishes randomly from purchased charts.
You buy a chart and expect that what you’ve purchased remains intact, but it doesn’t. It degrades as they pull detailed data that you’ve already paid for. You’d expect purchased updates to provide the latest survey data, and by all rights they do — but if you don’t need the latest and greatest survey data, you’d expect the old charts you bought to show you everything you bought. Nope — they pull the rug out from underneath you and dangle a $6 chart upgrade out there with no guarantee that the corrupted view of the area of interest will be any improved after taking the bait. I’m done with this app. Open CPN on raspberry pi it is.
