Waste of time
This app is a waste of time. I’ve had countless problems with booking laundry and it was never a smooth process. Today I’ve been trying to access my account and the app is not working at all (I’ve been trying to access my account for the whole day). Totally do not recommend this system, it only complicated a simple process of doing the laundry.
