Love the service. Employees always happy. Wash is good and towels/vacuum always functional. Keeps my ride looking clean.

Downloaded the app and tried to create account but it would not accept my info. Very annoying.

Downloaded the app and tried to create an account, filled out the information and selected submit. There is a tiny sound that it’s been selected, but nothing happens and it stays on that screen. Frustrating.

Difficult to find what you need
This app says there can be two devices active but doesn’t allow you to add a second device. I wanted to log off of the app but there is literally no place in the app that says LOG OFF.
There is no tutorial/instructions to tell you how to actually use the app and get credit for your washes - it’s a little more labor intensive than one might think.
Would be great if these issues were corrected.

I love the app!!! It has everything I need to be prepared when getting my car washed so no one is waiting on me. It also collects my points so I don’t have to deal with a punch card.
Privacy policies are unknown
Developer website doesn’t reveal any privacy policies, app should be removed without a documented privacy policies I tried to use their app for the first time, first it wanted cellular data, then location data…. I allowed location data while using the app and it still failed to work properly, I believe it wanted to have WiFi on as well for a more exact location, but by then I was done. This app has no privacy details listed and apparently wants access to every bit of data on your phone. If your concerned about your privacy at all this app is not what you want!
