Errors
I was pleased with the app but it has stopped working for at least the last month. I get “server side error”. I now have prepaid washes but I cannot access. I have tried logging off and shutting down the app. I can see my purchase history, but cannot access prepaid qfr. Very irritating.

I had to get a new card for recurring washes. The app won’t let me update my card. It says I have to go to the car wash.

I can pick my state but not either of the two new locations that opened here in Livonia and Canton, Michigan. Useless, nonfunctioning app on my iPad. We love the car wash though!
Simple app to use, very convenient.
Downloaded and put in my information after buying an unlimited wash at a participating car wash, and although I don't necessarily need the app since they scan the sticker, I have gone through it and it not only keeps track of each time I go through and when I need to renew but there are many other options for buying single wash's or sending some to other people (friends, family). Haven't had any bugs or issues with it and signing up worked the first time with no problems either.

Doesn't work
Upon being prompted from my local car wash to use the app I downloaded it. I was not able to select the name of my local car wash because there was nothing to select from. I was unable to proceed any further due to this. Therefore, the app does not work.
Not working
When this app works it's great.. But 90% of the time it doesn't.. I can buy washes but not redeem them.. Please fix app
