App needs serious work

Trying to watch the preseason game through the app while at work and it consistently buffers if not just crashes. Please put some effort into your streaming services. It had no issues when it asked me if I wanted to pay for tickets but when I am trying to watch the game and root for the team now it buffers & crashes??
