App crashes
I just downloaded the app after getting my account active. When I try to open the app, I just get a white screen, it freezes for a few minutes and then crashes and brings me back to my home screen.

Crashes all the time
Before I can even get a chance to actually log in it says “ We are unable to validate your information. Please try again or check that your login credentials are set up correctly in online banking.” This happens almost every time.
Unusable
Asks me to answer a security question before I can log in, but doesn't show me the text if the question.
