Can’t get it to work
I’ve been trying for weeks to get this app to work and no luck. I created an account and when I try and add a payment method it just spins and spins and spins.
Horrible app
Installed the app a few times. Tried adding multiple cards but the app fails.
Doesn’t work
I’m sure it is unintended but this app stole my money because it is incompetently developed. I have prepaid washes. I tap redeem, nothing happens. I end up having to buy the wash with my credit card and not use the app.
Non-Functiontal
Requires you to verify your email to activate your account but doesn’t actually send a verification email. Tried 5 times, checked spam and other folders. Can’t verify the account, can’t use the app.

Very Disappointed New User
It took much longer than necessary to get signed in. Once in I tried to purchase monthly wash club. When I clicked add vehicle and Continue I got a blank screen. Tried twice and got the same result. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
No email to verify account
App won’t let me do anything as it says I need to verify my account through email but I have received no email. I tried to deregulated my email in case of a typo, but it said it was already registered. Tried to get it to resend verification email but still nothing. Worthless until you fix that.
Stupid app flow. Stupid developers.
This is a stupid app made by stupid unqualified people. Can’t proceed without registering. Registering and can’t complete because verification never happened. Where’s the email? Who knows? Stupid is as stupid does.

Tried to sign up for account several times. App says it sent confirmation email, but it never comes - checked SPAM… nothing
It’s useless
I just downloaded this app for the first time and made an account so that I can purchase washes from my local car wash, but every time I try to add in any credit or debit card I run into an error message causing the system to decline my purchase. This makes the app completely useless and a waste of space. I don’t recommend downloading this app until the next update which who knows when that’ll happen.

App Problem
Coates Car Wash using the app - I have always purchased my car washes using the app. It has not worked for two weeks. I have checked all the information, deleted the app, downloaded it again. It just will not allow me to check out a purchase. Very frustrating!
Won’t let me use the site
I keep getting told by both emails I have that they are registered and I need to reset my password. It directs me to the online webpage. I reset the password. Which logs me into the webpage. I go back to the app attempt to log in and it says you have account need to redo your password. Neither email I have works. Crap app

Good but needs more
I like being able to use the app simply so I don’t have to hear the voice at the terminals at the wash. One big miss is that it need to be able to have more than one credit card. I use for both personal and business and not being able to have two or more cards is a big omission.
