Horrible inaccurate app! Even the standard iphone weather app gets more frequent and accurate air quality results. Half the time this apps air quality readings aren’t even available.

There is a long delay of 3-4 hours because when wildfires hit and you smell them
Wildfire smell indicates a 4 hour delay before the result are reported. Wind conditions should be included so one can determine if things will get worse or better. Sometimes there aren’t any results for days. Needs some tweaking but the concept is important

“Wind conditions” is a great suggestion. I’ll see what info is available to add. As far as the delay from event onset to app reporting, there are multiple factors to keep in mind: location of reporting station vs event, time-to-report on behalf of the reporting agency(ies), uptime of the reporting portals (this has been an issue with some of the Carson/Douglas info unfortunately). Result? A small to large delay depending on how all the moving pieces align. This is not optimal but few (if any) primary data sources are directly accessible.

Please fix the the air quality data link. The app only displays temperature. This app is worthless until this is fixed.

Sorry I missed this at the time you posted it -- there was indeed an issue with the app not waiting long enough when it looked up data. Make sure you update to v1.3 please!

Some of the add backgrounds are too busy, it makes it not as easily read. But the information is great to have at your fingertips particularly during fire season (and inversion time too I'm sure).

Hate the fact
That every time I open the application you beg for a review and make it difficult to dismiss the begging box. Doesn't matter how great the application might be begging for stars is messed up. If after reviewing your application your star begging continues I will uninstall the application and find what I need on my browser instead.

Too many notices
The app needs to provide a feature allowing to control how often and when a notification comes in. I personally do not need a half dozen updates in the morning if there is no substantial change in air quality.

AQI #'s have been low since smoke from RIM fire. Today the AQI returned to moderate and I received a notification. I closed the windows on the house. Very cool.
