طلبتهم على اساس يجون على وقت ومر ساعة ولا احد جا ولا يرد رقمهم بالواتس يدخل اونلاين ولا يرد
Unprofessional Amateurs. 🚩
This is the first review I’ve ever written, which should highlight how frustrating it is to deal with this service.
I’ve given them 2 chances. Both times the drivers barely spoke a word of english or Arabic which makes for very difficult communication. Location never works accurately with them. When involving support, their attitude is extremely unacceptable and clearly don’t have a minutes worth of training in customer service. Driver never arrived on location (in both cases) and when asking management to support with the logistics and communication, they tell me they “will see” and ignore all my following attempts to follow up and communicate.
Save your time and money and use Sweater or Loz of any other business for that matter.

Convenient and great service
On time service with great communication. Price is a bit high but understandable against the service provided.
Outdoor cleaning is great while indoor needs a little bit more effort especially in small spots around the car

If there’s below one star I’d give it to them. The workers has no experience whatsoever, they washed the interior with water and ruined the whole electricity and the company is not responsive and they’re avoiding me.
اسوء خدمة ممكن تجربها. العمال ما عندهم اي خبره و غسلوا داخلية السيارة بالمويه و خربوا الكهرباء الداخليه و احاول اتواصل مع الاداره بعد ما عرفوا بالمشكله صاروا ما يردون و يتجنبون اتصالاتي
