Inaccurate
When I type in my address the app states they do not pick up at that location, when they do—extremely frustrating!
How?
How has this app gotten the good reviews? This app feels extremely unsecured, and feels like a 10 year old created it.

I start to enter my address and it pops up, but when I click it it either does nothing, or has a loading screen until it times out.
This app is trash!
I got a new phone and tried to lookup my address. I saw the address show up in the recommendations as I’m typing it, but when I tap on my address it just blinks and nothing happens. If I type out the full address it tells me no service is available!? I’ve had service for a few years so I know that isn’t correct. It would be nice if I could use the app to purchase a 2nd trash can, but that isn’t even an option that I saw. This app needs to be re written from the ground up and have some options added to it.

Would love to use the app if it worked and wouldn’t glitch so much, once I am able to get around it and type my full address in, says it doesn’t exist, is this a work in progress or not at all

First time using this app and after searching my home address… I can’t select it and app does nothing.
This app update…. Arrgh
This app used to open and work fine for at least the way it was programmed to work. I still found it a bit annoying, but now it’s asking for an address and I enter my address and it tells me can’t find my address so I can’t see any information about the waste management pick up or recycling dates for my address. What the heck…

App doesn’t recognize my address anymore, so I can no longer use it…bummer! I’ve deleted and added it back and still can’t get past the address screen. Can you guys please fix this

Although my address appears when I start entering it, selecting my address does nothing. I wanted to use the ‘Waste Wizard’ feature but it requires an address.

I thought appreciate your driver was a tip section. Our trash pick up is always early, with young kids it’s impossible to be ready outside to give a holiday tip, also I never have cash.
