Wonât even find my address. Useless app.
Failed support
Never picked up the garbage, only seen assistance by dropping off the bins and picking them up. Been wi5out proper service for 3 weeks

When I type in my address the app states they do not pick up at that location, when they doâextremely frustrating!

How has this app gotten the good reviews? This app feels extremely unsecured, and feels like a 10 year old created it.

I start to enter my address and it pops up, but when I click it it either does nothing, or has a loading screen until it times out.
This app is trash!
I got a new phone and tried to lookup my address. I saw the address show up in the recommendations as Iâm typing it, but when I tap on my address it just blinks and nothing happens. If I type out the full address it tells me no service is available!? Iâve had service for a few years so I know that isnât correct. It would be nice if I could use the app to purchase a 2nd trash can, but that isnât even an option that I saw. This app needs to be re written from the ground up and have some options added to it.

Would love to use the app if it worked and wouldnât glitch so much, once I am able to get around it and type my full address in, says it doesnât exist, is this a work in progress or not at all

First time using this app and after searching my home address⊠I canât select it and app does nothing.

This app used to open and work fine for at least the way it was programmed to work. I still found it a bit annoying, but now itâs asking for an address and I enter my address and it tells me canât find my address so I canât see any information about the waste management pick up or recycling dates for my address. Doesnât accept address
Although my address appears when I start entering it, selecting my address does nothing. I wanted to use the âWaste Wizardâ feature but it requires an address.
