Won’t load anymore
Been playing this game for a while and I love it. However, for the past few weeks it loads up and then closes. I’m running 26.5.2 on my iPad so nothing has changed in that regard but suddenly I can’t play it anymore! Please help!
Phone crashed… restored phone
My phone crashed….reset my phone and re installed….EVERYTHING GONE AND IT WONT LET ME RESTORE!!!! This game sucks… all that time… Gone!!
Crafted items will not update.
I have crafted more than 15 tapes. Game will not upgrade beyond 4.

Ads ruined this game!
Getting ads for power up’s and bonuses are fine, I’ll watch them if I need a boost. But getting ads randomly ruins games like this. Especially when I watched an ad for a 3 minute power up and half way into that I get a minute ad burning up my power up. Game is fun but I’m not paying that much to remove ads.

Love the game but, no support. Asked numerous times for help with the home tree not saving and can’t keep going without it! Up to mission 971 and have to start over 😩 here we go 😭🫣

Nothing But pop-ups
Can’t play very long at all because of excessive pop-ups!

Seriously way too many ads I used to really enjoy this game so I re-downloaded it and it’s just that you can’t go more than a couple minutes without an ad popping up and then even if you do watch an ad to get an extended stand collector, it cuts off your time by another ad. Complete waste.
This game doesn’t exist
I forgot about this game. I clicked to download it within an app only to realise that I already have it installed on my phone. When I try to open it all I get is a few seconds of black screen, then it crashes. I have a 2nd Gen iPhone SE. The developers don’t like that.
Random
Before this latest update it would save where you were on the map instead of resetting back to the middle of the map. Please bring that feature back. It’s ruined my experience honestly.

Suddenly booted?
I been playing since yesterday and suddenly after one of your thousands of random unsolicited pop up ads which sometimes freezes up now your game boots me off and won’t even open up ridiculous!

First day 10 seconds in
I downloaded the game yesterday. Started playing this morning. Within less then 10 seconds of moving around I got served an ad and then a chance to purchase no ads. I had not even played for 10 seconds. Game got deleted faster then it took to download. I completely understand the need to help fund development cost and game cost and will happily pay to play if o like a game. But, that requires me to actually PLAY the game to see if I like it.

Please fix
Very fun and I love it but, it keeps randomly crashing. If I play offline it crashes in the middle of the game and if I play online it crashes at the loading screen. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

The game wasn't completely bad ? Until it got stuck, in the storage facility area , with no way to go back ? The home button completely disappeared ? I felt that I should have upgraded to level 6 Vacuum ? Just before , but I didn't because it wasn't a problem ? Now the Character is stuck there , the game is now done ? I paid a few times for upgrades and now it's over ? if I delete the game and start again , I will have lost everything ? With the Character progression and the money I have spent ? It adds up . I'm extremely upset , I don't know what to say ? I hope the company contacts me ? Because if not , the game is over ? I'd be done with this . Definitely !!!
