There has been a known bug affecting some users for 3 years and Moby still hasn’t fixed it. Can’t get any of my PAID faces to work. Emailed support twice. No response. So money wasted. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Garbage product, garbage company
App doesn’t work
This app is garbage! Watch faces don’t appear in app and they take your money and provide you with nothing.
Faces won’t load and support is non-existent
I have two watch bands, both of which are supposed to come with 40-50 different faces as part of the purchase. However, none of them will load, and Mobyfox does not respond to email or in-app support. Complete garbage.
Watch App Fail
Bought the not amazing watch band for the watch faces, but can’t actually access them (says I’m not connected to the Internet; though, I would have to be just to download the app and leave this review).

Just paid for a month subscription, but it just keeps crashing and all I can see is just the fox logo on all faces, including the free ones. They’ve charged me already.

Doesn't work anymore!
I have so many paid watch faces that I can no longer use anymore. I just get an error about not being connected to internet even tho I am as well as connected to my cellular network, and a series of greyed out faces. Please fix this for the latest version or iOS!

My phone and watch are updated to the latest version. Still unable to use the faces on app and they aren’t loading. It says no connected to internet when I clearly am

Keeps saying not connected to the internet
No updates lost access to paid content
Had to factory reset my watch and lost all my faces tried to put them back on, and my library is locked up. The whole app is actually locked up and there hasn’t been an update in over a year. Can anyone explain?
Paid for this and it doesn’t work
App won’t load any of the watch faces and I paid the 1.99 for my 6 watch faces. Waste of money

None of the previews will load. Every time I pick a watch face I get a message that I’m not connected to internet, which is untrue. Not only am I connected, but I have full signal strength.
