Watch App Fail
Bought the not amazing watch band for the watch faces, but can’t actually access them (says I’m not connected to the Internet; though, I would have to be just to download the app and leave this review).

Just paid for a month subscription, but it just keeps crashing and all I can see is just the fox logo on all faces, including the free ones. They’ve charged me already.

I get nothing but errors starting that I'm off line. I contacted customer service twice but they couldn't be bothered to respond

Doesn't work anymore!
I have so many paid watch faces that I can no longer use anymore. I just get an error about not being connected to internet even tho I am as well as connected to my cellular network, and a series of greyed out faces. Please fix this for the latest version or iOS!
Needs an update??
My phone and watch are updated to the latest version. Still unable to use the faces on app and they aren’t loading. It says no connected to internet when I clearly am

No updates lost access to paid content
Had to factory reset my watch and lost all my faces tried to put them back on, and my library is locked up. The whole app is actually locked up and there hasn’t been an update in over a year. Can anyone explain?
Paid for this and it doesn’t work
App won’t load any of the watch faces and I paid the 1.99 for my 6 watch faces. Waste of money

App not working
None of the previews will load. Every time I pick a watch face I get a message that I’m not connected to internet, which is untrue. Not only am I connected, but I have full signal strength.

Great watch bands but the faces and the app don’t work anymore.
2026 review- I have had these bands for a longtime now. But they still work great and hold up to a lot of use. But now the images do not work with the new iOS 26 operating system and I have lost all the images to customize my watch. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I tried reaching out to support but still have not received a response back.
Old review- These are great watches and they have a lot of great watch faces some are free and some you have to pay for. I wish you could have more selections on what it can display on the watch. I would love one more icon or spot to add to my display. Other than that there are so many choices to pick from.
