Faces not installing on main watch screen
The faces only show through the aap’s “Full Display” option and automatically disappears once the watch is locked.
Is that how it is supposed to work?? Not happy with it at all!!

Function
Ive had this a few years now and I have an ultra watch I was hoping the functionality would improve. By that I mean when you install a face that has hands on they don’t work, you can only use the digital clock. I’m now looking for something more traditional with hands that move like Breitling or citizen etc. it’s time for me to move on to another developer.

Paid for this app… won’t even open after update. Fix please or money back!
Fixed the opening issue but now, since the new update I am unable to refresh Watch face as settings list from the face in Watch do not work. They are dull, and inactive so can’t do anything, change any settings in Watch.
Edit… Will not work after recent iOS update! Complications blank, just a black screen with no option to change as app not showing up in complication lost.
Edit.. Still not working after today’s update! Complications still missing after adding to Watch and now some of the previous faces have been removed from the selections! If this isn’t sorted I will be requesting a refund from Apple!
Update today… STILL NOT WORKING! No complications showing on Watch, only a black screen! Apple… it’s time for a refund!

I bought this app for a specific watch face, which disappeared from my watch and the app three nights ago.
Now all I get is the time.

Not working
I’m glad it’s only a one off payment but wish there was an option for a refund, no matter what I try the watch faces just show up blank on my watch, have restarted both phone and watch and still not cooperating. Big shame as I was sucked in by a Halloween themed face and it just doesn’t show up in watch faces unless I’m in the watch face app, one the watch goes to sleep it reverts back to my basic watch faces that are linked to my phone :( if there’s something I’m not doing right then I’d appreciate the advice

Awesome but could be better shouldn’t ask to buy anything when I’ve already bought the full version and no need to be constantly asked to buy it again and further more being asked to buy it repeatedly will do nothing other than make me uninstall it eventually so I sincerely hope you fix that okay please and thank you in advance I hope for many years of getting awesome watch faces off your app so please fix this issue okay have a blessed day and continue to strive for excellence with all you make for us to use on our watch’s

Paid a decent amount for unreliable faces they either randomly disappear and all I am left with is lines on my watch or I get half a face. Waste of money!!

This is a pretty good package for the price asked by the company
I have only ‘1’ niggle which isn’t really a complaint but….
I choose the face I wanted from the app and ‘installed’ it - however the watch defaulted to the Old face I had set before. Tried several times - no difference.
NOW!!!! …. Suddenly the app popped up a tutorial on ‘how’ to activate the watch face and once I checked this out ( which involved a watch reboot) - - now the app works seamlessly!
All the company needs to do is have this tutorial show IMMEDIATELY ( instead of showing the faces) and life would be easier and simpler for all!
Overall- I would recommend this app - the faces are modern and varied and there are plenty of variations to suit everyone!!!!

Crashes
Normally this is a fantastic app for getting the watch faces I like with the info on it that I want but recently it keeps crashing and all I get is a black screen with a small digital clock in the corner of it. I’ve restarted the watch and my phone, and also tried different watch faces on the app but all get the black screen. I’ve also tried the reload widgets but it doesn’t work. I have selected my watch in the settings which is Ultra so it’s watch faces are for my watch.

Frustrating And Need Attention
There are some great watch faces to choose from, but unfortunately most of the Full Face Screens ( Retro LCD Casio Style and Analogue Chronometer Style faces ) will not load to an Apple Watch SE. I followed the onscreen instructions and they still don’t go to the Apple Watch face library. I went through all the procedures that are recommended to fix the issue. Updating both the phone and watch software, turning them both off and even clearing the cache. Still nothing. The refresh widget button from within the app on the watch doesn’t do anything. Other watch faces are fine, they instantly download and you can see them appear on the watch. I think this issue with certain full face watch screens needs to be addressed so that customers are aware of what selections will and won’t be available to them. I’m a bit disappointed with the product and I wouldn’t have paid for this app if I knew what the limitations or bugs were before purchasing.

I’ve only tried out 2 faces so far there not bad there’s one with hands but they don’t move so was disappointed .
There is a lot of choice which is a definite plus one of the things I don’t like is all the ones that I’ve tried that are animated you need to turn the always on feature off .but overall as someone who likes to change faces regularly give you an abundance of choice

Doesn’t work with Series 2 watches
None of the faces work with Series 2 Watches and there is no refund. There is a generic instruction to restart your phone and watch and clear the app cache, which doesn’t make any difference. Be aware of incompatibility before making the purchase.
