Unauthorized charges
My credit card has been charged every month without my knowledge or authorization. I never subscribed to any monthly, annual, or lifetime plan with this company.
Please do your research before purchasing any of their products. The charges appear on credit card statements under Thingol Limited, making them difficult to identify.
Since January 2026, I have been charged $29.99 each month, and I was also charged $49.99 in both June and July 2026. I intend to dispute these charges with my credit card company and report the matter.
Based on my experience, these unauthorized recurring charges are deeply concerning, and I hope the company is held accountable if these billing practices are found to be improper.

So I would like to add the watch faces you have, which are really nice but you have to tap on the app in order to see the watch faces you pick. Otherwise it goes back to the Apple stock face. Why can’t a guy have the Cartier face all the time? Nope. Gotta open the app first. I paid for the 9.99 annual. Will not be renewing unless this gets’s resolved. You advertise a watch face. You get an app with a clock face launcher. Not a fan.

Downloaded app and was looking at faces and was charged. Reached out to their support team to remove all future charges and now charging me triple. Not responsive and will try to charge what they can. Avoid this app at all costs. It is a scam!

Liked a few watch faces, was forced to a one year subscription only to find out that the faces I liked were only available for a few days the were no longer available. What a scam.
