Took my money and then couldn’t get access to “premium”. Wish there was a way to report this app. Want my money back. Zero stars.

Customer service very responsive

Was originally very disappointed because I couldn’t get it to work, but I have to say their customer service team worked very diligently with me In troubleshooting and finally got it to work.

Appreciate all thier assistance.

The “faces” look cool, but you have to have the app running to actually use the face. It’s not downloaded to your watch. Essentially, it’s a clock screen saver. I want my money back, what a waste
