We’re sorry to hear you experienced issues with the Apple Watch sync feature. The watch faces are designed to sync directly with Apple Watch, including animated support where available, so this is definitely not the intended experience. In some cases, watchOS or iOS syncing issues can prevent the watch face from transferring correctly. Please try restarting both your iPhone and Apple Watch, then re-sync the watch face through the Watch app. If the problem still continues, please contact us through the in-app support section so we can investigate your specific device/setup further and help resolve it. Regarding refunds, all purchases and refund requests are handled directly by Apple, so you can request one through your Apple account purchase history. Thank you for your patience and feedback — we’re actively working on improving Apple Watch compatibility and sync reliability in upcoming updates.
