No longer have access
I upgraded and purchased to access all faces over a year ago. I got a new phone and selected "restore purchase" - it says purchase restored but I still cannot access premium faces.
Can you fix this

Subscription failure
I have subscribed to pay $1.99 a month for full access and it doesn’t work. I have ended my subscription and deleted the app and started all over. It still does not allow me to use any of the faces. This is really disappointing. And don’t understand it!

Chester stored this purchase no update available turn my phone off turned it back on every time I click create a watch face or download. It asked me to renew my purchase.

I have paid for this app but still have yet used any of the faces! I delete the app redownload it and when I choose the face I want to create it keeps asking me about trial when I already paid.

Unable to down load watch faces
I tried to download a watch face after I paid for it twice to no avail! I re started my phone, reinstalled the app but again when hitting the install button it goes back to payment. It says that I am all set. What should I do? Thank you

Even though I have paid for premium access, I cannot download a single watch face! My husband has contacted app support, which requires you to contact them on X(old Twitter app) which I deleted the app after I deactivated and deleted my account for a reason, but he has gotten no response after almost 10 days. No other methods for contact! Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP!
