When u purchase the app for a certain amount of time and download faces after u get them do u get to keep them if the subscription runs out

Depends on Clockology and Always On Doesn’t Work

I was able to install the Rolex face (pretty cool) only to figure out that the app depends on Clockology to be running and Always On is not supported — so you constantly have to open Clockology to display the face. This app isn’t worth the money. Refund, please.

Not good app

It doesn’t work I’ve tried after I paid 14.95 it doesn’t work so I canceled it I just lost 15.00

False advertised

It says there is lifetime access, but when install it is subscription only and all I see is cartoon character and Santa Clause wallpaper.

Could never get it to let me download

They got my 14.99 and then I never got anything. Tried to email support and it came back could not be delivered. Received a response back today and apparently they did not read my review at all. They asked me to email them at the same email that came back undeliverable. Not sure how they want me to do that.

I paid the subscription and the premium was not unlocked, I wrote them by email and it came out, the address was not found

Having trouble

I just made an annual subscription purchase, however I can’t get access to the full functions. When I try to access a watch face I’m taken back to the subscription page. I’ve deleted the app, turned off the phone and then reinstalled the app. Same issue. I’ve even tried “Restore Purchase” and nothing happens. I just see the spinning wheel. App. is broken. Requesting money back.

Don't waste your time-updated 2-1-2022

I emailed the app company last week but haven't heard back from them. I paid the 14.99 but the app doesn't work. When you sync the watch face you want, nothing happens. I literally waited 1 hour to see what would happen and nothing happened. Total waste of money!
Still a total waste of money! App developer contacted me and told me to reinstall the app and to power cycle my phone. App developer responds to my review, tells me to contact them for support (which I have) and that they will help me. I will attempt contacting them again and will update my review in a week when they respond.
