Why 5 ads and so frequent for Standard Subscription?
Things definitely have improved since the launch of this app! I love it now and hope it continues to be like this! I don't mind paying for the subscription.
Get stuck on commercials
When the commercial plays, it keeps replaying and replaying and replaying, and it will not show you the remaining of the movie. It’s extremely annoying because you can’t even get out of it and go back in when you get out you go back in and it just keeps replaying the same exact commercial over and over again. I don’t know why the heck I’m paying just to watch a commercial replay over and over for a whole half hour.

Unable to make the film full screen
I tried so hard to get the film to be fullscreen by tapping, zooming it doesn’t work they need to add this to the app

The worse support!
I reached out to the support team three months ago because the app consistently fails to work on my TV. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, they have yet to take any action to resolve the issue. As a result, I am forced to watch my favorite program on my phone or iPad. Consequently, I have decided to cancel my subscription.

screen cant be played outside the app like Shahid does if you go out of the app to check lets say a text it takes time to load the same vidoebagain

Too many ads, can’t even watch it long enough
TV Connection
It has bad TV connection the app on the TV doesn’t work properly it freezes and shows error you cannot watch anything on tv only mobile - even using a mobile cast is impossible I think there is a lot of debugging and programming tester the app is required for reviewing
