Unable to make the film full screen
I tried so hard to get the film to be fullscreen by tapping, zooming it doesn’t work they need to add this to the app
Its service to bad

The worse support!
I reached out to the support team three months ago because the app consistently fails to work on my TV. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, they have yet to take any action to resolve the issue. As a result, I am forced to watch my favorite program on my phone or iPad. Consequently, I have decided to cancel my subscription.

screen cant be played outside the app like Shahid does if you go out of the app to check lets say a text it takes time to load the same vidoebagain

Too many ads, can’t even watch it long enough
TV Connection
It has bad TV connection the app on the TV doesn’t work properly it freezes and shows error you cannot watch anything on tv only mobile - even using a mobile cast is impossible I think there is a lot of debugging and programming tester the app is required for reviewing

The customer service sucks and they don’t help with anything! Regardless of the screenshots or anything
Pathetic. Does not work.
Paid for a yearly subscription. The app worked fine for couple of months then out of the sudden it stops working. I did all the troubleshooting steps I could think of, it suddenly stopped working on multiple devices and I have other apps that are working fine it’s just this one. Contacted the support team they started sending through nonsense literally ridiculous requests. Everytime I send something, they ask for more and more stuff that has nothing to do with the issue. Disappointing and pathetic. Don’t waste your money.

I'm very frustrated from this platform/app. Always has a problem, error loading, slowing and even the content is very annoying when you are watching a nostalgic series and suddenly you find it is not completed to the end!! They just catch you with names and the feeling of nostalgia and then you found the material is missed or not completed!
