Terrible app
Instead of games automatically starting at the beginning, nearly every time it will take you to the end of the game with the final scores ruined, or it shows you the end of the previous game which you didn’t ask for and then you get the score ruined on that as well. Terrible!
Greatest sport in the world
I live in Vegas and went to the games and got hooked the action is intense and the players are amazing. The coverage is awesome and anyone that loves sports should try NRL for one week.
Not bad but needs love
The app could be so much better and they could make it so I can download on google tv or smart tv. I understand it all comes down to the $$$ but a man can dream. In 2025 they had mini replays of matches and press conferences that were great, 2026 no replays???? I’m still stoked I can watch live games and full replays. Maybe get Kayo to pump some money into this thing or partner with you. Love from Aussie in Canada 🇦🇺🇨🇦

Fix orientation issues
Please please please fix the orientation issues with this app. This service costs a lot of money and it shouldnt be so hard to watch a video in landscape on a phone
Won’t work correctly on Apple TV
Poor support their fix is to airplay to your Tv

All year (2025) the app has not been able to cast to my tv. Used to work last year. Not going to renew.

This app is terrible for 2 reasons.
1. The score is shown after full time during the post match coverage, and there is no option to select ‘play from beginning’ or ‘play from live’. This leaves you guessing as to when the post match show is over so the score isn’t ruined.
2. The time slider at the bottom of the screen is tiny for smartphone users. This means the slightest movement can shift the match time overs 10s of minutes. This results in unintentional skipping ahead which also ruins the game.

Could be so much better
App is poor. Struggles to work or load on alot of occasions. When working the content and games are great, but the inconsistency is really annoying for an expat NRL fan
Chrome casting function is broken
I love my NRL, but relying on this app whilst living overseas is just a garbage experience. If you want to cast to your TV the buffering makes it unwatchable. If you want us to pay over $200 per year for this, you need to wither work on a native app for smart TVs to improve the experience.

Tried watching the pacific championships only for the live not to work. Rubbish!
Does not work in Timor Leste
I’ve tried to make this fraudulent app work on 3 different devices, unsuccessfully. I live in Timor Leste, so this app should work here. The app allows me to watch old games but if I try to watch a live game it just says “content asset not available”. I want my subscription fee back. Surely the app developers can see the amount of 1 star reviews this app is getting and then FIX THE APP!!!!!

Terrible product - even worse customer service
I was initially thrilled to find this service whilst travelling in the US as it allowed me to watch the roosters and storm in the prelim final. Like others I did find the platform crashed several times during the game but I was just happy to be able to watch it. What I hadn’t realised is that they keep charging you $28 a week (auto renewal). On realising this I reached out to their customer service to ask if they would refund the additional weeks - after all you can’t even watch it in Australia and they would be able to see I used it once. However they keep insisting there’s nothing they can do - which is clearly incorrect, they could refund the money but they decide not to. I see a lot of our other negative comments and if you treat people like this your never going to be around for the long term.
