Fix This App, PLEASE!
Reading these 2-year old reviews makes it clear that OWN doesn’t want to own up to this terrible app! Love the network but why isn’t ANYONE trying to fix this??? App STILL crashes - if you can even connect your TV provider because the sign on screen frequently doesn’t work. If it does, forget staying signed in for two weeks because you’ll be signing on every 2 hours! How sad that a media mogul can’t fix their media!

I downloaded the app on the TV. It gave me the activation code, except for the fact that the app only goes to altice.com people who have optimum for a long time I log into optimum.net and it does not work for altice please add another link so that people can login and put the code in and watch it on TV. I don’t like watching shows on my phone.

Terrible idea to not allow internet streaming in 2025. Who still pays for cable?

Love the network in it self but it’s to ads I understand that’s how money is generated on the network but when the ads become longer then the actual content/ show its gets to become overwhelming and makes yo not want to watch the shows we really love I know a lot of people that watch the shows on YouTube to avoid all the ads it’s less there I’m assuming.

Huge Miss
You have to link your cable provider to watch much of the content. In 2025? Many people have cut cable to stream exclusively and would pay a subscription fee to access programs. However, that’s not an option. Specifically I wanted to be able to watch the current season of Family or Fiancé. I guess I can’t. The company is missing a lot of money and a lot of viewers are finding other things to watch that are easily accessible. I hope this is something in the works because I love my Tracy.

I love this network watch it all the time, sometimes I have to give it a break because the commercials are more than three minutes and that’s a drag. Hopefully we can minimize it to at least one or one and a half minute thanks.

I am logged into the app and linked to a tv provider. When I try to watch season 8 of Love and Marriage Huntsville, I get an error stating “this video is from a network that's not included in your TV package.

Can’t watch OWN in my zip code…again
I have Hulu Live as my TV provider and I was able to watch all of my shows on OWN until a few weeks ago. I contacted Hulu and they said OWN dropped from the network in my area so that’s why I can no longer watch! This happened on our cable network a few years ago! Why does OWN drop from certain zip codes randomly without notice? It’s like you have to dance to figure out how to watch every few years. The exclusivity of OWN is becoming a bit of a nuisance.

THATS WHY I DELETED YHIS APP YOU PEOPLE ARE TOO MONEY HUNGRY.
You only get to watch 2 minutes of the show and every commercial is more than 3 minutes long it’s very annoying and greedy. This is why I stopped dealing with this app. It’s excessive and it’s not even worth it. Just pure greed!!!! Better off watching YouTube. Sorry a** thirsty people.
