Alarm has no sound
I’ve reset the watch and setup all my settings, but I still can’t get the alarm to make a sound (there is no change sound setting). Find device will ding the phone and alarms will vibrate, but no sound. Vibrate & Ring is turned on to Strong. Everything else seems fine.
Not too bad, not so accurate w/ iPhone
I have an iPhone my son has an android and it seems to work way better w/ androids. It doesn’t record my sleep every nite and asks to pair all the time! They replaced the first one but second is no better! My son has no problems and loves it and I’m not too happy with it!
Doesn’t read heart rate
The watch does have some cool features but doesn’t read heart rate. During work or other cardio exercises, it will show my heart rate between 87-98 while my cardio machine shows it at 120 and above. Even without working out, it won’t even read the heart rate. I have tried everything and still doesn’t work. I have had other watches less fancy than this that will read your heart rate. It just a bit disappointing.

Pairing a problem
Since pairing the watch…It apparently doesn’t know that I successfully downloaded the V7 app so it incessantly displays the QR code - and won’t revert to the regular display😡

Just received phone. Not a good sign height in inches and other annoying features or lack there of
