Bugs ignored, feedback dismissed, and told to use another app. Feedback is considered complaints
October 12, 2026
I have certainly shared this feedback before, but I think it is better to document it here in the reviews as well.
Despite your response being almost identical each time, the bugs and issues I report are treated as complaints rather than useful feedback. Your response to my most recent report was to suggest that I use another app instead of addressing the problem.
Is that how you handle bug reports? Impressive.
The other bugs and issues I previously reported were never addressed, and some features that used to work properly no longer work.
Yet your response is that I have been complaining all this time and that I should simply use another app.
I am reporting genuine issues with the app, not complaining for the sake of complaining. I expect feedback to be taken seriously, bugs to be investigated, and existing features to be fixed rather than being told to go elsewhere.

Actually I haven’t use since we last talked and I redownload only to noticed that whatever I mentioned previously was never fixed and what worked previously stopped working like the Facebook videos.
In sorry that you are the type of developer that consider feedback as complain therefore I understand why this app never evolves as well as you
This app used to show videos from Facebook links not anymore I only see pure links that I can’t open . It wasn’t like that if it was a video . I was able to play it on Apple Watch . I seriously don’t know what happened

Excellent app for WhatsApp on Apple Watch
Highly Recommended 🔥
This app is absolutely fantastic, It makes using WhatsApp on my Apple Watch so much easier and more convenient. The interface is simple, fast, and works very well.
I love being able to read and reply to my WhatsApp messages directly from my watch without having to take out my phone.
It’s exactly the kind of app I was looking for.
Great job to the developers. 👏
