I re downloaded the game only to realize why I left so long ago. So many pop ups to useless thing wanting you to buy this and that. You have to go through 15 different pop ups before you can play the game.

Why I like the game
This game is really really fun with the amount of content to do it basically made to where there is always something to do and the fact that even though that they have way less champions than I thought they are really good at putting in detail into the champions and the trailers are top notch really good game hope they don’t screw up on it

Good game, misleading ads
I downloaded the game after seeing YouTube ads that appeared to associate redeem code WOR777 and other promotions with rewards I didn’t receive. Support explained the heroes shown were ‘for display purposes only.’ The gameplay is enjoyable, but I found the advertising misleading.

I’m hoping you an help me. In the last event I purchased a package deal thru the goblin vender that included a golden crystal. But when I went to use it and turn it in I didn’t get a legendary but an epic. I got Phillipa…who’s a merely an epic. Is this common? Could I ask for a refund on my golden crystal purchase? Is this okay?

Good balance of getting legendary hero’s been playing for over a year now and this so much better then Raid and all those games!

Graphics are amazing, the heroes are pretty unique and the details are stunning, maybe some opportunities for f2p players to get their legendary heroes awakened as it seems quite impossible to do so as a f2p

Buyer beware
Decent game. Like other reviews it's definitely an RNG trap designed to entice you to pay money. However, they don't always fully deliver on what they have sold you. Customer service is terrible and will demand you prove to them you didn't receive what you paid for with screenshots (how do you screenshot something that didn't happen?). They claim they sent the purchased reward through internal mail but they didn't, or at the very least I didn't receive it. I'll take my money elsewhere

The game is interesting, but if I knew beforehand how they would twist their algorithms, I wouldn't have even touched this project. I manually dismissed 77 legendary heroes, deleted all my top gear and resources just to finally get off this carousel.After their failures, they will probably roll out another "apology" with a Lord of choice, but these handouts no longer work. Even the recent freebie with Oren, who was apparently given out to everyone by accident because he was way too easy to get, doesn't save the situation. I only regret the time wasted. Zero desire to come back to these algorithms. 👋
