Helped me PR the New York marathon!

Response from developer

Hi Julianne, thanks for the review! Do let me know if you think of a feature that would help you further reach your goals. Good luck for Berlin, I am also running it this year! I hope you manage to PR it🤞

Time Saver

Saves a whole lot of time vs making a custom workout directly on the watch

Doesn’t send workout to the Iwatch

I doesn’t work, the concept is good

Response from developer

Sorry you’re having an issue, I am here to help! If you are sending your workouts directly to your Apple Watch via the purple button (ie: not scheduling), watchOS may not always surface it automatically to your main workout list. This is how Apple Watch works and out of the devs control. If this is the case, you have to tap the three dots in the upper right corner and then your custom workout will show in the Suggested list. Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly via the app or at support.watchfit@mathieusavaria.com so I can help you resolve this.

Superb!

I have used subscription based running training apps before, and this app means as long as I know the workouts I want to do, I don’t have to be a slave to the subscription. Easy interface to build any workout, send it to your Apple Watch, schedule it, and then run it in the native workouts app. He’s just added pace presets as well which makes it even easier to build a workout instead of inputting the exact pace every time. A really useful feature which shows a lot of thought and care going into this app!

Pushes workouts to watch

This app does an excellent job at adding workouts to the Apple Watch. It’s easy to use and frequently updated with bug fixes and enhancements.

Response from developer

Thanks for your review! Many more enhancements are to come 🙂

Nice simple app, developer very responsive.

Works as advertised. Developer has been very responsive to questions and has been updating the app regularly. If you are a runner, check out RunFit, another app by this developer that shows complications of your running mileage on the Apple Watch.

Response from developer

Thank you for this nice review, I appreciate it!

Widgets

Would love to see some phone and watch widgets to display data. Thank you!

Response from developer

Thank you for your review! There’s actually home screen and lock screen widgets that will display your upcoming workouts. What other kind of widgets would you like to see? You can send an email at support.watchfit@mathieusavaria.com with more details and I’ll look into it!

Good app

Easy to use.

No alerts?

Can’t set heart rate or pace alerts, which really doesn’t make this very useful for interval training and really any structured workouts.

Response from developer

Edit: Pace and Heart Rate alerts are now available in version 1.2.0. Enjoy! Hello, thanks for reviewing! Heart rate and pace alerts are indeed coming in the next major version (I’m hard at work on them as I am typing those words). I know that this is an important feature and I am bummed that I couldn’t get it ready in time for the launch, but it is coming very soon. The app is made by just me, so it is always a hard game of prioritization of features over others. Hope you’ll consider updating your review once the feature is released. 🙂 - Mathieu

Exactly what I needed

Simple and easy to use. You can schedule all types of workouts. Highly recommend!
