WatchRoom: Fire Department

WatchRoom is the daily logbook for all fire departments and handles NERIS submissions with ease. LOG IT THE WAY YOU'D SAY IT Tap Log a call at the truck and describe the run out loud. WatchRoom transcribes it, pulls out the address, apparatus, and responders, and shows you the record to confirm before it saves. Same for drills, truck checks, and fuel receipts. Or drop in the spreadsheet you already have and it sorts it out. CALL ALERTS AND WHO'S RESPONDING Connect your dispatch service and every call comes through as a push notification. Tap it to see who's responding before you reach the station. EVERYTHING ISO ASKS FOR, IN ONE PLACE - Incidents with response times and NERIS submission - Training records per member, per topic, per hour - Apparatus with pump and hose test schedules (NFPA 1901/1911) - Hydrants color-coded by flow class, with inspection and flow-test dates - Pre-plans with hazards, access, shutoffs, and nearest hydrants - An ISO Readiness score that updates as you log, and a one-tap Readiness Summary PDF FOR THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT Members see their own calls, drills, and certification expirations. Officers see the roster, the schedule, and what's due. Chiefs see all of it, plus exports, reports, and the audit log. Certification reminders reach the member's phone before the card expires, not after. WatchRoom is built with feedback driven from local fire departments and understands the ISO Fire Suppression Rating Schedule. Departments subscribe on our website. There is nothing to buy in this app.
